Col Crawford Honda

The sales people are a bit of a mixed bag. I had to follow up on some things I shouldn't have had to when we purchased our new vehicle. Especially when the salesperson said they were going to take care of it but clearly didn't. All in all, don't go there for service. Go there for the vehicles. The vehicles are great.

Good service and close to Warringah Mall so you can leave your car and shop or have a coffee while waiting.

I recently bought an HRV and worked with Abhinav and Jessica. Both gave excellent service and were easy to deal with. It was a very enjoyable and easy experience.

I had the best customer service from Abhi when buying my new HRV. I cannot fault his help and he listened to what I was looking for. He kept me up to date with the progress of the delivery etc.... I have no hesitation in recommending him to go to if you're looking to buy a new car. Very good service.

I would have given five stars but took one off as I was very disappointed in the attitude towards me from one of the young service guys. I was discussing the issue of why it's taking so long to get a accessory from Honda. 4 months to be exact. He was quite condacending in his response to the point where he said "I'm not Honda". Well, I'm sorry but you are a Honda dealership, you represent Honda and you represent Col Crawford. I could see that even the salesman was embarrassed by this person's response. I hope that this young man doesn't speak to all customers like that. Very disappointing.

Our Honda HRV had its first 10,000 km service and guess what? No bill shock. Justin talked me through what had been done. They washed and vaccumed the car too! Peace of mind that the car made by Honda is serviced by Honda technicians with the best equipment.

I had a great experience buying a used car at Col Crawford. The salesperson David was polite and knowledgeable and his after sales support was fantastic. Thank you for your help David and a great car.

Booking a service & car pick ups are on time.
They discuss the service carried out call if any extras are required before work is carried out.
They have been looking after me for the past 3 years.

Have just bought my 12th car from CCLC. This time it was a used Honda CRV for my daughter. The CCLC team spotted the car which was being traded in and it was exactly the year model we were chasing. The Honda Service team then did an amazing job in preparing the car for delivery. Thanks to everyone at the dealership. We'll be back for car number 13 at some point in the future.

Just had my CRV serviced by the Honda service team and as usual they have exceeded my expectations.

The service they offer is second to none. They also dropped me home to Manly and collected me when the car was completed, very impressed
