Where to start, purchased a brand new i30, my first ever new car, due to the delivery manager being out they were going to call me the next day to let me know when it would be delivered. I called 3 days later to be put through to an empty desk and voicemail, Eventually I was told the salesperson was not even there. This experience of them not getting back to me was repeated with each and every dealing. When they had my car i went to pick it up, it was filthy, was covered in light scratches and had deep paint chips that required the car to be resprayed. Stupidly i took delivery of the vehicle with the promise that it was to be repaired next week.
After 2 weeks of following up i was told that i should bring it down at the one month service and that way it could all be done in one day. When I arrived they told me they could only assess it and i would need to come down another time.
I was told that I would be given a demo to drive around while the car was being serviced, but the dealership does not open till 1.5 hours after the service had been booked for, so this was completely useless.
Will never be dealing with Col Crawford again after this experience.

Over the last 4 years my car (Hyundai i20) has been serviced with Col Crawford Borokvale. During this time, Jake, Mos & Renee have come to know me well (and treat me as one of their own) as my car is always in for some technical issue or another. No matter the problem, they always smile and express their sympathy (even though its not their fault) and help me in any way possible. They are always friendly, genuine and honest. **READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM COL CRAWFORD**
In late 2015 I purchased a 2008 Hyundai i30 from Col Crawford. Within a week of purchasing the vehicle I took it for run to ensure everything was working correctly so that any issues could be raised early on. I noticed that when driving at 80km/h and over the car was shuddering abnormally. Within the week I raised this with Col Crawford and had the vehicle checked. I was assured that everything was working perfectly fine and that it was probably a wheel alignment issue. Not knowing much about cars I accepted this. A year later I took the car to Col Crawford again concerned about the shuddering and was told that the gearbox needed to be replaced which would cost $4000. I told them that I raised the issue whilst the car was under warranty and that Col Crawford should fix the car at no cost to me on this basis. Conveniently, I was told that they had no record of my car being brought in and checked whilst under warranty.

I have since taken my car to a reputable mechanic who diagnosed the issue replacing all drive shafts, engine mount and valve body totalling $3,800. If you want to be sold a lemon at a premium price, go to Col Crawford!

The fleet services team at Col Crawford went out of their way for my family and I. Nick and the fleet sales team provided great pricing and helped make sure delivery of the car went smoothly, with the team taking their time running through the car and all it’s new features once it was delivered.

I would not hesitate to recommend the fleet services team or Nick to friends or family in the future. Thanks guys for all your help!

Great sales team. Terrible for car service and after care. Don't book online, call them as they blame the company website, only to receive an email not a phone call to advise they can't keep the appointment. I found another Hyundai dealer who could do next day car service, not 2 weeks as they suggested.
