Top quality dealership with wonderful service! I was lucky enough to recently win a trip away, for which Col Crawford arranged the included hire car for the weekend. Everything was so easy to arrange, the team were superbly helpful, and kept in contact throughout the entire organisation of when we were taking the car and it made it such a good weekend away!

They ensured we had a perfect clean car and James kindly took the time to run me through all the ins and outs of the car's gadgets and made sure I had it all under control to feel confident driving it for the weekend.

I'll definitely be back when I'm ready for a new car and would happily recommend anyone looking to buy to go and see the guys at Nissan. Excellent customer service is hard to find, but both James and Ben at Col Crawford were just awesome. Thank you!!

James and the team at Col Crawford were heads and shoulders above the rest when it came to service, questions, and ultimately selling me a set of wheels. I shopped around, and they were by far the easiest to deal with throughout the whole process. Being in sales myself, the one thing I cannot stand is an overtly cheesy/ pushy car salesman (and I met a few in the process) but I found James' approach to be anything but. I drove off the lot with a new car and feeling like I had a win in the negs. Whether that actually happened or not is actually irrelevant, because the smooth process itself made a big difference to the whole experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending James or the team there.

Wanted a car with more grunt and 7 seats but on the smaller side and James Kingaby found me exactly what I needed- a Nissan X-Trail! It delivers beyond expectations. Huge windscreen- great visibility- theatre seats in second row - sneaky third row for when we have a few extras in tow etc etc etc!!! Super easy controls and sweet drive. James, the Manager down at Nissan Brookvale, is definitely your go-to guy to get you what you need and have you driving away in it ASAP. Could not be happier! We bought our Nissan X-Trail at Col Crawford recently and I would like to thank James and his team for the great car buying experience.

Normally, test driving and buying cars can be a quite tiring experience but it was quite the opposite this time.

When I walked in the first time I noted that I’m still looking at different cars, but was still given the care and attention as a serious buyer. Throughout the couple if times coming there I did not feel any undue pressure, but had confidence that the whole team is working together and genuinely want to help me. Furthermore, when moving on to finance conversations, car pickup and follow-up calls after the purchase, I could always feel the people working at Col Crawford care about me are in a great collaborative atmosphere.

James and his team have a tremendously hard job differentiating themselves between other dealerships but they do it exceptionally well. After the great customer service I received at Col Crawford Nissan, I will definitely come back there to buy my next car and would not dare shopping them around.

Looking for a New car when you really don't need it and it is pretty much just a nice to have and upgrade to, these gents definitely worked there magic.
I had pretty high expectation and requirement when it came to what i wanted in the car and what I was looking for, and I am happy to report the ensured all was met. Leaving the dealership after completing all the paperwork we definitely felt we had become apart of the team and entered in to a family, they all where very informative and helpful around selling the old car ect
On car pick up day - walking in to the shop all of the boys where there and almost seemed as excited as we where about the car.
I couldn't have asked for better service from the team.

I recently purchased a new car from Nissan Brookvale, where they have obviously listened to their customers. The experience was as pleasant as it could of possible been, from first looking at the car, through to financing with them and then picking the car up.
