Always cold and windy. Staff are warm and friendly. Easy access to pumps and Subway. Can be a little crowded driving in or out, when caravans don't know what their doing.

my car entered Coles Car Wash machine. I input the car wash ticket code into the machine, machine shows that the ticket is not valid. I was confused as my car wash ticket purchased one month ago and I bought 2-time car wash and I only used 1 times already. I called the number provided on the machine as instructed. An employee called Danny pick up and he was impatiently asking me to come inside the store (luckily there are no one waiting behind me).
Therefore, I walked inside the store. I gave my ticket to him and he told me that if ticket is expired that is fine he will give me another one. Then he scans the ticket and turn around to me and said:” it has been used.” I said to him that it is impossible I only used once. Then he told me that:” machine doesn’t lie.” I told him that maybe your machine is functioning well and I would not lie for $10 worth of car wash.

He should not call me or anyone a liar base on his 2 seconds judgement.

Hope this unfortunate event does not happen to anyone else.

Car wash is sometimes quite busy with long queues. If there are any more than 2 cars lined up I give it a miss as it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to process each car.

Desperately needs a car wash so I went to the shop at 11.40 pm. Unfortunately, my ticket was invalid and the coles guy REFUSED to change it as it is "closing time"! I still got 20 minutes mate! They should have change the closing hours if they can't accomodate people up to 12 midnight. Such a heartache! 😔

Was a good Cole's when 24hour, but now it's unreliable. Shop closes at midnight, vacuum closes at random times, e.g., 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30pm.

I have used tis car wash few times. Past 2 times i went to wash my car i have noticed that the carwash does not shampoo the car and wash my car only by water and dry at the end. when i told the shopkeeper he told me that wash express means only water/no shampoo. This is rediculace.
I have washed my car for the same price and same option and Shampoo/Soap was included.
The Manager of the this shop needs to look into this issue and fix the problem.

Went for car wash this morning and was served by Syed. I was using this car wash for last one year. Server starting to explain about safety and instructions for car wash and mentioned after viewing my car that mazda cx5 is not suitable for that car wash and if something happen to car at car wash that will be at owner's own risk. What a service!!!!!

Details: Competes with BP directly opposite.
Open daylight hours but closes evenings, currently 8pm.
Shell petrol; pump price is usually within a cent per litre of the BP opposite, but they accept the Coles supermarket petrol discount coupons.
Quite a large convenience store, much bigger than BP's shop, with a full range of supermarket-style snacks, drinks, and ice creams.
Self-serve automatic coffee machine dispenses drinkable takeaway expresso coffee, small 80 cents, medium $1.50.
There is no cooking, no inside seating, some seating undercover outside. If you want to sit down in air-cond for a rest and eat freshly-cooked food, go to the BP.
The toilet is basic but always clean and of acceptable standard, with soap and paper.
Staff friendly, quick, and efficient.
If you need a stop 2.5 hrs north of Sydney, a detour thru Bulahdelah will cost you zero Km and minimal time off the highway.

This is actually a shell servo with a small section of fruit and a coffee machine. Don't be fooled into thinking it's a tiny, focused Cole's for those on the go.

One of the most expensive places for petrol. They don't have 91, only 95 which is out of this world expensive. Customer service is fantastic & range of products in the shop also fantastic.

If you look carefully out near the toilets you'll find the cutest of green tree frogs. The toilets (first stop ex-Sydney) and frogs are the best thing.

Disgusting amenities, when mentioned to woman at counter as the sign says to if dissatisfied, she pretended to be shocked & said it was cleaned this morning!
These photos were taken after I used many sheets of paper to wipe rim,underside & top of seat as my pH was in car & I was in a hurry if ya know what I mean, you can see by the staining these amenities are not well looked after & of no importance to the owners or staff,why would they be when they continue making millions without having to show customers respect for the money they overcharge for fuel & everything inside!!!

Was abused by the cashier, yelled at loudly (in front of other customers, and after just spending 40$) for not parking "correctly"? What?? , am a local and used to come here all the time, but after being treated so contemptuously will never support them again, so stingy, one of those places that don't even provide a little chocolate shaker for cappuccino, (know what I mean?) and I've had numerous dodgy pies that have been left in the warmer way to long... Can't even get the basics right... And the petrol is ALWAYS 5 to 15 cents more expensive than anywhere else in the area, , bunch of profiteering shylocks... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Reasonable petrol station, a bit small but can get 4¢ off per litre with Coles receipt's.

Small, efficient. Not for weekend shopping, but got gas swap for BBQ and that sort of thing.

Total mess around. Attendant charged me for the wrong pump despite me giving her the pump number 7 I was charged for number 8. When I realised that I had been charged $70 instead of the $40 I had put in my car, I went back in and it was a big drama trying to fix it. I was told the $70 would be refunded and that I just had to make $40 payment for my petrol.
It has been 3 days and still no sign of the refund yet and instead of being out of pocket $40 I am out of pocket $110.
I called the station today and they advised it takes 48hours for a refund to process - no one advised me of this at the time and it has now been 72 hours with no refund and no apology.
What should have been an easy 5 minute process ended up being a total pain for 3 days and maybe longer!

Anne (the pregnant indian lady) is absolutely racist. This has been my local servo for the last 20 years, never have I ever had anyone turn a pump off on me while refueling my car. Especially since I'm a known regular. But having this kind of rasicm WHEN I'M BORN IN THIS COUNTRY is absolutely unacceptable. Like I said to you in store, I'll say it again here... I pray to God the prejudice you showed me no one shows your child, seeing someone with tanned skin DOES NOT MAKE THEM A SUSPECT FOR A CRIME NOT YET COMMITTED.. Feedback has been submitted to Shell, I hope some basic retraining in customer service is actioned for this staff member. NEVER AGAIN WILL THIS STORE GET MY SERVICE.

This store has a closing time of 9pm. However on several occasions including tonight the staff lock and close the doors prior to this time. I have knocked on the glass door several times in the past including tonight where inside a staff member visibly and knowingly ignores you. Sometimes they let you in after making the person wait for a long time INTENTIONALLY , tonight not even that. No apology for closing early.

It's regularly the case but tonight's rude stunt just encouraged me to say something.

It's of course your choice when to close but don't advertise 9pm and then give attitude because a customer wants to buy something!?!

ALWAYS busy and hard to find parking. With super friendly employees and 80c per coffee, it's a winner. There is a bathroom (disabled/unisex/all in one) and some basics for emergencies. The automated car wash is adequate and it seems to be selling all the staples for tradies and the traveling business person (pies, doughnuts and energy drinks).

Worst Shell in Australia. Staff are rude and lazy. Spent 10 minutes ringing the door bell and trying to get the lazy staff to open the door so I can pay for fuel at 9pm on a friday night. Time to get some real staff and customer service or get ready to go out of business

It's in a good location, altho the road can't get quite busy. The site itself has seen better days but still has everything you need. I wouldn't go there late at night a lot of shady character hanging around.

Terrible customer service!! Do not come here. Went there, waited at the counter for the guy who was busy counting his cash. He then tried to charge us $4 for a drink which had a sales ticket of $1.50 - when we pointed out the mistake, he told us the ticket was for something of a different flavour. I suggested he remove the ticket as it was false advertising and he told me "maybe a customer had put it up there". Which is ridiculous because no one would have the time to RANDOMLY and move a store's label for the FUN of it. I am a regular customer and I just wanted to give this store a shout out for how friendly all the staff are. Especially the young man with curly hair and the asian lady with glasses. As a person who works in retail myself It is sometimes difficult to keep a smile on my face but for them they make it seem so easy when it's not. Therefore, I highly recommend them!

The pump is not working, charged 10 litres of petrol in like 2 seconds, and my car was still empty after that of course, asked the attendant but she said it was the first complaint so she couldn't do anything, avoid this station if you don't want to loose your money

I came to this petrol station at around 9pm Wednesday 12th of July 2017 and bought a coffee and some fuel. When I asked to use the bathroom the attendant told me that someone had locked the key in the bathroom. When I went outside another gentleman had walked in and was immediately given the key. Basically the attendant lied to me about this. I cannot find a reason why he did this to me as I was dressed respectably and was driving a car being sober and polite. Maybe the management of the petrol station can explain to me why an attendant can summarily decide without proper reason to deny a customer use of the bathroom. This is disgusting and should not be tolerated by anyone. Please replace this staff member with someone who understands respect for the customer.

I like using their carwash. Petrol is mostly competitive, but almost never the cheapest in the area. Sometimes when the prices go up, they go up here first and the price is significantly more than other petrol stations. I like the price of stuff in-store, such as $2 milk, cheap bread and $1 cans of Pepsi Max in the fridge.

Car wheel was damaged in their Car Wash. despite their no damage guarantee. Here is Coles reply pictured. Basically, if your car is damaged, they’ll deny everything so do not rely on the guarantee at all. They’ve lost a good customer after the mishandling of this matter.

Apart from gas, this petrol station houses a Hungry Jacks. Awesome option for anyone looking to bulk up. But what makes this place standout amongst the petroleum riff raff is the automated drive through car wash. 20 bucks for the delux and a 10a for a quicky.

My favorite place to visit on the way home from hard day's work. Great atmosphere, shiny lights, lovely company...what else can someone ask for when refueling? Some smashing beats from a neigbouring vehicle maybe but otherwise it's a refueling nirvana. 10/10 would visit again!

Some of the staff are too busy some days chatting with there work partners to serve customers effectively. Prices are up and down, some days same stock is cheaper then others.

I wanted to write: best place ever, but there is a 200 word minimum :) So i can explain.. Big Corn island is a pretty basic place, but lovely and very authentic. We were looking for a nice beach and some private time.. Well this was a dream come true. Especially for big corn! The guys working there were so friendly, they came running to help us and to be honest. You dont need much else than the view and the beach in front of the hotel. Private white sand beach and clear blue waters.. It felt like a dream!

For dinner: the first place from the hotel has Great lobster with garlic sauce!!

The staff (especially one guy, could be some kind of store manager), was very rude. I just asked a simple question after taking a coffee that is the amount of coffee that is coming out of this machine is correct as I g to this place very regular. In reply to that his answer was, take another cup and measure it again and he snatched that cup from me. Then, he again commented what I am expecting in 80 cents.His behavior was very rude.

Clean and spacious but dangerous for one way direction going in across St John's Rd. I see cars cutting off and driving in the wrong direction against the traffic to get in. Prices are usually much higher compared to nearby gas stations.

Rude Manager, states that he "knows the policy" of these Giftpax vouchers. Also stated that its "one per car" when it clearly states "two per visit". Seems like he's the one not knowing the policy. His attitude is completely rubbish. It was an Indian guy. Had the same issue with the manager a few times already

The staff member was very helpful. Gööd clean petrol station. I was surprised some of their general groceries were cheaper than Coles only because they had a few items half the prices handy for quick items.

This Coles Express has a Hungry Jack's attached to it and they have medium chips for one dollar. Cheapest lunch ever!

As far as service centres go it does the job with the usual bunch of fast food outlets. However, bathrooms could do with more attention and the entry road needs resurfacing. Bikers beware, gravel and potholes.

These guys will no longer refresh car wash vouchers that are 1-3 days over so only buy singles as they shut the car wash down for weeks at a time rendering your purchase useless.

A popular stop when coming back into Sydney from holidays in the hunter regions. Station has a toilet, snacks and drinks, fuel and air.

Located on the left which makes it a great stop after leaving the freeway.

We use this as a base to change drivers once one driver has completed a southbound stretch on the M1. Coffee is cheap and acceptable. Petrol tends to be pricey.

Entering & exiting can be a problem as it is in between a signal & major intersection on Pacific Highway!

The Cole's Express Service Station all round Sydney do a marvelous job selling fuel, snacks, drinks, car accessories etc to their customers. They are also very helpful with how they do their job. Though something I'd like to emphasize very seriously with all Cole's Express stores and is very upsetting is majority of these store's don't have public restrooms especially being a service station. How many time's I've urgently needed to get to a restroom and the answer is now. Not so accommodated on that behalf.

Simply, the staff make it a pleasant convenience store. Courteous and helpful workers who mostly have been in their positions for a long period. Late night chocolate ice cream needs get sorted as long as it is before closing nightly at 10pm.

Sandy deserves a big xmas bonus...employees like him are hard to find these days...he always remembers me also..he gives 'old school' customer service .he always goes above n beyond and last nite he helped me out of an emergency situation and stayed until about half an hour after closing to make sure my 3yr old boy n i were back on the road before he left..
He is always lovely but at this time of Year with people so busy and at the end of a long shift..he blew me away with hes genuine caring n helpful demeanor and i am so appreciative of everything he did for us last night and always. Top bloke and an asset to any employer.

This filthy service station needs the health inspector"s attention! The whole place inside and out is putrid. I asked to use the bathroom but when I got there the state of the rest room was so appalling that I gave it a miss. The toilet seat hadn't been cleaned in years! Yuk. Don't go to Coles Express, Queen Street, Campbelltown for anything! Should be cleaned or closed! Disgusting!😲😲😲

Well coles is not cole at all. That local supermarket is a nice and lovely one of meny around town. Thay seĺl alĺ good goodie goodies. That old show was goodie goodie gum drops. Bring goodie goodies back.
