Collect and Found creates new life to unwanted furniture pieces, carefully restoring each item into contemporary ones for your home.

I started "Found" in 2014 when I run into a retro chair that was discarded. I took this chair to a work shop and learnt how to reupholster. Here is where the seed was planted.

I dislike waste and our landfills are growing by the day. Old pieces have a history and the craftsmanship comes along with it. Yes, I love vintage pieces, but more so I love the restoration process and the final transformation that I hope will again be enjoyed by my client.

Each of my pieces is alittle unique, not only because of the history or character, but normally a one off. I rarely repeat the same look, or use the same fabric.

Each chair is reupholstered using principles I learnt and the body of the chair is either restored or painted.

I follow principles that made me launch Found; take care of the environment, this is why I use materials (paints, waxes, oil finishes) that are Earth friendly (no VOC), pet and human friendly. That is my promise! !
