Collect Laundry

worst service ever! they collect laundry from our hotel and bring back marked laundry (really everything got a stain) and different laundry from other hotel or serviced apartment ....they lost our linen and anytime i spoke with owner or delivery man, they became really insolent and rude.... no way!

I am a building manager of a residential site in St Ives; to whom contacted Collect Laundry to arrange the cleaning of the Elevator covers within my site. The gentleman i spoke with (David and Jacob) were very helpful and understanding of the job required. They arranged for the pick up and drop off of the lift covers after the work had been completed in a timely manner and were very professional throughout the whole process.

During the cleaning of the lift covers; they also noticed some minor tears evident in the covers and had these repaired free of charge before the cleaning was done.

Overall great service and very professional in the way they conduct their business. I will definitely be using their service again in the future.
