Picked up a near-new Honda Jazz at Collin's Honda two weeks ago for a fair price (a decent amount under the advertised price even though the car was already on sale). I also wanted to pay in full and they didn't try to push me towards getting finance, which was great too.

Total transaction from walking in the door to doing a short test drive (had already test driven the car elsewhere but wanted to double check) to putting down the money was under 1 hour. Professional and quick - overall, a good experience.

Awful customer services. Had us waiting for more than 1 hour before being served. Rude and pushy sales assistant manager who refused to answer our questions directly when we asked for a quote/good EOFY deal and instead kept insisting she needed to run anything through her manager. Worst experience at a car dealer! Stay away!

My experience was very good with Collins Honda in Banksia , even though it was the second time I purchased a vehicle from there and Honda is one of my preferred brands, the initial interaction that I had with the Sales Person Harry was very easy and cool. Harry was new to the Honda group and was honest about still having to get his head around the Honda product. Which was perfectly okay, I'm a huge fan of the Honda brand and its products so I could not expect Harry to know more than me . But what really made my experience memorable is that Harry was Honest , super friendly and yet professional in dealing with me, we even shared a few car stories of the past which was a lot of fun. I already made up my mind buying the Civic Hatchback RS weeks and weeks before its release, but visiting Collins Honda just made It easy and straight forward Harry and Jenny kept me up-to-date through out the whole time I waited, Thank you Collins Honda

If you want to buy they are so helpful but after that do not ask them anymore question. You will not have answer.
Also the customer service after sales is awful.

Outstanding service. An error message appeared on my Honda. I drove in and after a short wait they resolved my problem quickly. Fast and professional.

The sales called Jenni was quite helpful and friendly, but their manager is just a joke. He has really bad temper and manner, refused to shake my hand just because we didn't want to buy the car straight away when they offered us a deal. I really wanted to throw a punch onto his face when I was in their store. Can't believe a manager can be so impolite when they need good customer service to survive. In fact, he's the worst person I've met since I came to Australia in 2011. Congratulations mate!

Will never go back there. They include hidden fees in contract without notifying customers. I believed and signed the docs. $12300 cost of the car, deposited $2000 and later noticed they have financed about $16000 from the bank. They handed over two insurance without letting me know. I spoke to one of the sales man who also told me about other customers sufferings.

I used to love honda but had bad experience after a few years thought i would try again and give them my trust And the same crap. Broken promises bad customer support and tippy towing around the situation of problem . What surprises me is that they all say something differnt . So once again i will have to go there and hope they fix my new 2016 car. Trust broken
