THEY LET UNCIVIL GUESTS DO WHAT EVER, DRUNKS AROUND KIDS AND RESORT DID NOTHING BUT OBVIOUSLY WELCOME THOSE TYPE OF PEOPLE, NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO CONTACT AFTER 5PM..
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TROUBLE IT'S PROBABLY PERFECT FOR HOUSOS.

Unbelievable. Myself, my wife & our 2 children (1yr & 4 yrs) had no hot water.
Reception was unattended & would not answer the phone nor return calls.
The rooms are cold & covered in dust. The dishes in the sink are dirty.
I'm a patient man but I'm considering a call to the department of public health.
Unbelievable. i could't even contact someone to fix our problems, never mind complain...
