In Queanbeyan regional NSW, CDC operates under the Qcity Transit and Transborder Express brands and in Melbourne as CDC Victoria. \\The History of ComfortDelGro Australia: \\In 2005, ComfortDelGro and Cabcharge (CDC) acquired the businesses and assets of the largest bus operator, the Westbus Group in Australia's most populous state, New South Wales. This venture marked ComfortDelGro's entry into the Australian market. Our partner in this venture was Cabcharge Australia Limited who owns 49% of ComfortDelGro Cabcharge Pty Ltd. \\In July 2007, the Group acquired the business and assets of Toronto Bus Services, a bus and coach operator in the Newcastle region of New South Wales. In November 2008, CDC purchased the Kefford Corporation in Victoria. With a fleet of 328 buses and six depots, was the third-largest bus operator in Geelong and Ballarat, in Melbourne. \\In September 2012 Deane's Transit Group including Deane's Bus lines was purchased in Queanbeyan NSW and now known as Qcity Transit. Operating in the local areas of Queanbeyan and Canberra, and Transborder Express with services between Yass and Canberra. \\From 1 December 2014 CDC commenced operations of Blue Mountains Bus Company. It operates depots in Emu Plains, Leura and Valley Heights and now known as Blue Mountains Transit.
