Worst bank ever. Wanted a bank statement and it took them almost an hour.

This branch is extremely unresponsive to calls and emails. So in future if you have any plans to relocate somewhere outside Australia, consider other branches

I used to be Commbank customer until I realised that they have no care what so ever for the environment. There is no excuse for investing $3.9Billion in fossil fuels when there are so many new and profitable environmentally friendly investment options. We only have one planet, Commbank.

I am not a customer and won't become one whilst The Commonwealth Bank continue to fund coal projects and not make positive contributions to climate change. $3.9 billion was invested last year in fossil fuels, apparently the biggest funders in Australia. It is way overdue to review their climate change policies and start investing in clean energy for the sake of our children, our grandchildren and so on. Stop investing in coal projects Commonwealth Bank, start investing in a cleaner future.

After a terrible experience with ANZ I entered here as a UK foreigner with the intention of opening an account fof use during my stay.

I eas told I needed an ozzie phone number and so went off to buy a prepaid. With that done the staff and service were awesome! That's all I needed (and ID of course).

Efficient and polite I had my two accounts opened in no time. Really really good service. Thanks so much.

It's was the most annoying experience. Waited for about 40 minutes for just a bank statement and still waiting. If it still goes this way doesn't take long to drop commonwealth bank account.
