Including but not limited to producing a bill of materials, obtain project materials pricing and produce a detailed hours breakdown for your project manager /foreman /supervisors to work to and set hours targets for all parts of the project. , a forecast of revised margin based on the project materials pricing and hours calculations, detailed cable schedules /testing and labelling schedules, ITP's, equipment rack layouts, Communications rooms layouts, materials data sheets and other deliverables. Assist, guide /coach your project manager /s on site to deliver more efficient projects and to improve their overall structured cabling knowledge and capabilities whilst also contributing to the project and providing technical support for your technicians. EstimatingWe can estimate your potential projects for you (large or small) . This can be done with complete discretion where you send the estimates to your customers. We can provide estimating coaching to develop or improve your estimating capabilities. Our estimating spreadsheet was designed also as a tool to assist project management if the project is won, as detailed in our product FAQ page. Technical trainingWe can assist on your projects with technical support and training for your technicians to increase their knowledge, efficiencies and capabilities. Budgets For Consultants, IT professionals, Quantity surveyors, Builders etc. we can put together budget figures for projects you have in the pipeline. or generic unit rates for certain components of an installation. We charge by the hour so are happy to take on very small work to very large projects.
