Community Connecting Illawarra Description
Community Connecting Illawarra is a person-centred support service for people with intellectual disabilities in the Illawarra region.
We offer a variety of services geared towards helping the community welcome people with intellectual disabilities as valued and contributing members of society. We pride ourselves on offering a range of services that help offer more opportunities for the people we support to get connected to inclusive and welcoming communities, increase their skills and /or confidence to live on their own, gain and /or maintain real, meaningful employment and navigate friendships and relationships.
