I have been dealing with Rod and his staff for over 20 years, buying a number of PCs and associated equipment and requiring service on a number of computers I have bought (to my regret) elsewhere. I have always found them to be highly proficient, quick to respond and highly professional in their approach. With only limited computer knowledge, they have always explained to me in layman's terms what is required and what is the best solution for my particular application. Rip off merchants!!!!! They prey on the pc illiterate.......take your pc there......you'll pay thru the roof.......if you need parts for your pc, buy online, half the price.
