Our principal, Michael Arch, is an experienced, creative and energetic lawyer who is an accomplished litigator and negotiator. Mr Arch has been in practice for over 30 years, has lectured widely on environmental law topics and is the author of the Smokeball on-line publication: "Guide to Defending Local Government Enforcement Actions". Michael was instrumental in assisting the South Australian EPA to develop an effective civil penalty enforcement program.
