Conexus Financial Pty Ltd was created in 2006 and purchased previously established assets including Investment & Technology magazine (2004), now Investment Magazine, I& T News (2005), and the fifteenth annual Investment and Administration Conference.

Since that time, several other media brands were launched, including Professional Planner magazine in 2007 and its related products, and Top1000funds.com, in 2008, informing the worlds’ largest pension plans and sovereign wealth funds.

From an initial start of a single conference for custodians and fund administrators, 18 more have been launched. In Australia, 15 conferences service the financial planning and private wealth /banking sectors, as well as Australian super funds and other institutional investors. Overseas, events have been held for the chief investment officers of large institutional investors, along with annual conferences in London and New York explaining how asset managers can enter the Australian market.
