I have over 2o years’ experience in business from conception through to growth consolidation, acquisition and selling.
For the past 10 years I have been using this experience to assist small business owners to realise their own potential through tailoring a program that suits the individual in both time and expense.
Having been through all of different stages in business I understand what it’s like to lay awake at night wondering how to pay the creditors, how to deal with a difficult client, what to do with that lazy staff-member.
Coaching. This is generally where I assist in putting the business fundamentals together assisting with capturing the information you have already and putting systems to ensure the foundations of your business are solid.
Mentoring. Designed for the business owner that is looking to grow or sell their business. Having an experienced business mentor by your side will allow you to toss your thoughts around confidently knowing these ideas will be kept confidential.
What I can do is assist you through the business maze and offer opinions and options that are designed to help you reach your business goals.
What I can’t do is your job. Only you know your trade and the reasons for venturing into the business world.
