Founder
Magdalena Kosior-Molloy
Magdalena has over 10 years’ of financial management experience and expertise, gained predominately from senior management roles within consultancy environments, professional services and corporate business. She is widely recognised for her thought leadership and wise counsel.
As a highly accomplished financial professional, Magdalena is also recognised for her ability to transform finance teams from underperforming ‘scorekeepers’ into trusted financial advisors for the businesses she works with. She strongly believes that the key to success in building, motivating and managing high performing teams is in providing structured professional development and mentoring.
Magdalena’s consistent achievements in driving the improvement and development of financial systems and processes toward best practice, provides insightful and strategic financial management reporting and advice for the businesses she works with - as well as building credibility for the finance team and its operations.
In both her professional and personal life Magdalena has had the privilege of being surrounded by women and men who have mentored her through the years and contributed to her success. She is a talented mentor and coach herself and takes great reward in mentoring others. Her passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, ages and genders to enable them to realise their full potential at professional and personal level is particularly satisfying to Magdalena.
Born in Poland, Magdalena moved to Sydney in 2002. Her qualifications portfolio includes both local and overseas academic qualifications. She holds a Master of Commerce (majoring in Professional Accounting) from the University of New England and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Public Accountants.
