Good posture helps us keep bones and joints in correct alignment so that our muscles are used correctly, decreasing the abno...rmal wearing of joint surfaces that could result in forms of arthritis and joint pain. If you havenβt seen Jen already; she has severe compartment syndrome which has heavily affected her movement and mobility. π
From the start, we began with small movements such as walking, stepping and then some weights here and there to build overall strength. Week by week, we make progress and small wins on many different levels of performance, and towards her ultimate goals! πͺπ½
... Jen was terrified to firstly step on an uneven and unbalanced surface such as these bands, but handled the situation extremely well! Without too much warning, I got her straight into a set and sheβs done her FIRST EVER set of chin-ups! π―
