They were very helpful and willing to assist with my passport problem.

I requested a birth certificate for my son and got one without any issues, all telephone calls were answered and the 2 times I meet them, they were courteous and professionals.

La renovación del pasaporte ah sido pesima y solo me a causado problemas en mas de 7 paises. El estampado se a borrado y felizmente tengo derecho a residir en el actual pais o si no me hubiesen deportado.

Worst service. Terrible customer service. They don't pick up their phones, and it doesn't help this they are only open til 1pm! You guys need to get your act together! Seriously!!!!!

Opening hours til 1pm? They brought all the red tape right from Peru but now with restricted service hours.
