Something must have changed because they have attended me very well the last couple of times. They attend in English and Spanish and the process was smooth. Just don't forget to send an email to make an appointment.

Worst service ever. After 4min IVR! 4min IVR, it just hangup

Deplorable servicio al cliente - ciudadanos españoles en muchos casos. Imposible contactar con ellos por teléfono. Al cabo de 3-4 minutos de esperar, la linea se cuelga.
Terrible customer service experience - especially considering it's Spanish citizens (in many cases) they are dealing with. Every time I rang them, they put on hold for 3-4 minutes, to hang up on me afterwards. Can't reach them and it's really frustrating.

They will never pick up the phone. Email or go in person.

I was expecting the worst after reading all the reviews. For me and my wife (EU citizens getting an NIE foreigner number application in) all went well. Staff spoke English, told us what to do, corrected where we made mistakes that could have led to a rejection, and was overall pleasant.
Queue is for people who need to deal with staff, once you know what to fill out to go and sit down. Sign says the same so was pleasantly organised even though many people around that needed stuff.
For NIE, bring exact AUD 13.40 they don't take credit cards.

Have to say though that I never got through over the phone but also only tried twice. Appointment email was not answered to date. Did not need one for NIE I found out. Still happy that one hour personal visit got it all sorted.

Absolutely lovely staff who couldn't be more helpful.

Had a nice lady help me with a conversation assistant program the other week. But received an email saying she will now be out of office until July... Called a number of times just to be cut off after waiting an extended period.

The staff there are extremely rude and prefer to not speak English to those citizens who speak minimal Spanish. I was directed to bring in a translator when i needed assistance and went home with nothing resolved. I am appalled that these people are representatives of my country. The staff are in great need of a lesson in customer service!

Just experienced the the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Aggressive man hater seemed to be getting a kick out of being as rude as possible, go anywhere but here, she ( it ?) has put be off travelling to Spain for a holiday
