Consulate general of Switzerland in Sydney was so helpful, they answered my email within 12hours. The online application and online booking system work perfectly and so easy to complete. The Lady at the visa counter was very helpful, friendly and professional at the same time, she went through my documents and gave me advices for a few mistakes I made. This is the most friendly consulate I have ever been to, and I've been to a lot of consulates of different countries! Everyone was polite, nice, helpful and professional at the same time. I've never thought applying for a long term visa could be so drama-free. Thanks to the lovely girl at the reception and particularly many thanks to Vice-Consul Mr Keller!
