I have been trying to book an telephone consultation and there is no link to do so. The website is very unclear, it just takes you around in circle. I call to get assistance with making the consultation and the lady just said they cannot give information. I have been trying to make this appointment for 4 weeks.

I have booked two telephone appointments. one for the 15th of February 2017 at 14:40h and nobody called me and one for today the 21st of February 2017 and nobody called me. Very frustrating. Since there is the information of my email address, an email would be appreciated as to why there is no reply.
