We have purchased numerous pieces from Contents - large furniture items as well as decor. The quality and range of this beautifully curated store is second to none and the customer service is outstanding. The Team went above and beyond to accommodate us with our most recent purchase of a Media Unit and I could not recommend the store or people highly enough. Thankyou Andrew, Brad and Charlotte.

Great store, fabulous furniture and professional, attentive staff! We've bought a few things from Contents now and I have my eye on a few more. Most recently had some chairs made, the team were very patient and helpful as we worked through what we wanted and gave good advice along the way. They accommodated our requests and communication and follow up through the process was great. An excellent service experience and beautiful, quality product. You also feel like you're getting pieces that are unique, not mass produced stuff like other big chain stores. Very happy!

I recently purchased a sofa from Contents and was very pleased with the quality of the furniture and also the attentiveness of the staff. I was having problems selecting the right piece of furniture that complimented our recently renovated living room/kitchen area and the store manager took the time to review the photos of the renovation and we ran through various options that matched my brief/price point. You can definitely get cheaper prices at places like Ikea and Freedom Furniture but then again you get the quality that you pay for. I will definitely be back

Outstanding and insightful service from the folk at Contents. They were very generous with their time, provided many options and were completely professional in their approach. The attitude of the team was positive and I really appreciated the creativity Andrew Algar particularly brought to the table in helping me redesign my house - first class! Somewhat surprised at the negative comments....This shop has stylish and tasteful furniture. Not your standard chain store stuff. The quality is good and the staff were helpful. Of course you can get cheaper and you can buy online but this is a real shop with real service and advise - and you can look and feel the real quality of the furniture - most pieces not found elsewhere. A real pity about the negative feedback but don't let it put you off visiting this shop for yourself. In life you get what you pay for. Happy shopping, I for one will be back.

Surprised at some of these reviews. I had trouble deciding on a rug and was in the shop for close to 45 minutes trying to decide, all the staff were very patient and extremely helpful - one even kept my little boy entertained.
