We enjoy seeing an idea flourish. The Cross Street Project by C+M Studio is an apartment filled with furnishings you can buy with the property when it goes up for sale or separately. Cool Edies embarked on a project like this when asked to style a house for an editorial feature, but retain the items in the house during it's "open" period prior to sale. It was win win for suppliers, the publication, us and the new owners who bought most of the items. A concept adapted from the admired interiors blog The Design Files Lucy Feagins who began the annually anticipated www.thedesignfilesopenhouse.com - As always, collaboration is the way forward and we look forward to popping over to Cross Street for a look! xx

The Cool Edie's Open House is on again this Saturday. 2-6pm. 170 Cathedral Street Woolloomooloo. We have styled a house from top to bottom (3 floors) with fabulous pieces, and you can buy it all from the cutlery to the couch. (including the house from BresicWhitney)!! All items are collected after auction on May 11.... If you are wandering about, come and say hi and see what we've done! We have sold some incredible stuff so far but there is still so much. Depending on stock levels this may be the second and final day as it's been such a success. We hope to see you there!! xx

The Edies are excited to be working with stunning appliance brands Ilve and De Dietrich to demolish, redesign and totally transform their Sydney showroom. Look out, we are moving into commercial design at a rapid rate!
