Cooma-Monaro Shire Community Strategic Plan will replace the current Management Plan, Social Plan and Annual Reporting requirements.

The Community Strategic Plan will replace the current Management Plan, Social Plan and Annual Reporting requirements. The Plan does this by integrating a Resourcing Strategy (Long Term Financial Planning, Workforce Management Planning, and Asset Management Planning) with a Delivery Program and Operational Plan.
