Coppertop Cottage, Darlinghurst is luxury accommodation with a small (carbon) footprint and similar price point in Sydney's centre.

This location is ideal for shopping or exploring Sydney but is not suitable for young children.

NOTE: We strongly suggest you never pay direct into any bank accounts. We only accept bookings through the Tripadvisor /Holidaylettings website and that is the ONLY way you can secure a booking with us.

Our standard Deluxe option is:

Accommodation for 1 or 2 guests in the second floor bedroom with own private bathroom plus fully equipped office . $180 week night & $210 weekend nights.

Your hosts, Alex & Jo only make one booking at the time and always stay onsite. We have separate living /sleeping quarters at the far side of the Cottage with access via a separate internal staircase. And before we forget, our friendly cat Inky also lives here and is happy to share her home with you.

When booking the Deluxe option, you can also book the second downstairs bedroom for $50 per person per night. This bedroom has two single beds. Total maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

In addition to your bedrooms, you have shared (with the owners only) access to other facilities of the cottage. As you can see from the pictures, lounge /TV room; dining room; gourmet kitchen; laundry; rooftop terrace with BBQ.

Fully rebuilt heritage “Coppertop Cottage” is dated from around 1850 but only the outside walls are left from that era.

Is this your fist time in Sydney?

Your host can be booked as guide or butler to take you around Sydney for a very modest daily fee depending on services provided. From butler shopping services (LOVE SHOPPING! ) to daylong walking trips around the harbour. This service may be arranged in the lead up to your stay or depending on weather conditions and "what's on, in and around Sydney" whilst you are here. If you have enough lead time, we might be able to arrange Theatre, Opera or Symphony tickets for you as we are members of these institutions.

Alex & Jo actively home exchange around the world and have owned and operated B& B's on the beach in Far North Queensland and in Europe over the years.

We only started working with Holidaylettings /Tripadvisor at the end of February 2013. We now ONLY take bookings from Tripadvisor! If anybody is claiming to deal on our behalf, please be assured we do not accept any bookings from other third parties.
