Ahead of the Federal Budget announcement tonight ~ this is great news for Coffs Harbour.

This is a MUST read if you are a property developer, purchaser of new residential premises, real estate agent and Conveyancer/Property Lawyer ~ as to the changes to GST collection on settlement for contracts entered into from 1 July, 2018 for new residential premises. Settling your development via PEXA will allow for automatic payment of any GST remittance to be paid electronically on settlement.

Wow ~ What an amazing opportunity I had on Friday to be able to bring together a cohort of NSW Conveyancers to the PEXA Open Day at the PEXAplex in Melbourne. The experience allowed us to gain a valuable insight into the mechanics behind PEXA,. We mixed it with Conveyancers and Solicitors from all around Australia, banking industry management, even the Property Registrar from Ireland and of course the engaging and agile team at PEXA. The Open Day outcomes included broaden...ing our understanding of the PEXA platform and where our industry is heading.
