Our values-based approach places our clients at the centre of everything we do. Initial Engagement. Work with the workshop sponsor to understand objectives, issues and potential roadblocks. Develop a participant list and agenda that engages participants and allows for all background issues. Plan logistics and pre-workshop preparations, so that the event proceeds seamlessly and effectively. Facilitation. Our expert facilitators create innovative and powerful tools and activities to focus participants as they are guided towards achieving workshop outcomes. We typically combine a disciplined approach of working through issues based on demonstrated outcomes; while at the same time creating a highly engaged and at times creative atmosphere amongst the workshop group. Document & Follow-Up. We summarize key outcomes and follow-up steps and agreed action plans and deliver these to the project sponsor directly after the workshop.
