I hope that you are all staying warm and getting into a nice sunny corner and enjoying the beautiful sunshine. Our SALE has gone so well that it will be continued to the end of July, so it is a fabulous time to pick up a bargain !
We are so looking forward to August as all the new stock will be starting to arrive, first to be arriving in will be Sea Level- based in Sydney and so popular last year that we had to get some more in ASAP. See below for styles arriving.

There is a ton of cinnamon in this recipe, so if you’re not a cinnamon fan, you might want to reduce the amount from 1 tablespoon to 1 teaspoon. Why do I use so much cinnamon? Well, first, I just love the taste of the stuff. Second, many studies have been done of late pointing to cinnamon as a spice that may help to control blood sugar levels. Pretty neat stuff, huh?
Mexican Hot Chocolate Serves:4 Ingredients 1 can full fat coconut milk, 1 cup water ¼ cup cocoa powder ¼ cup agave nectar or honey 20 drops stevia 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon chili powder dash cayenne pepper small dash salt Instructions Place coconut milk, water, cacoa powder and agave in a blender Blend on high speed until smooth Blend in stevia, vanilla, cinnamon, chili, cayenne and salt Heat mixture in a saucepan until warm Top with Whipped Cream (optional) Reblend and Serve

Hi everyone, hope you all had a relaxing time over the long weekend and returned to another work week all bright eyed and bushy tailed 🙄 #####Just a reminder that we will be closed from the 19th June and reopening on 5th July.
The store will have a little return to work sale until the 16th July- with ALL SWIMWEAR on sale between 25 and 50% off RRP. ... we have never had a sale like this in 10 years !!!
This means a huge saving during winter for all our customers ho are travelling overseas, on cruises or chlorine resist for hydrotherapy or for simply exercising in. New stock will be starting to arrive again in late July and August, setting the scene for this coming year.

HHappy Happy June 1st, get over this bit of cold weather and we into Spring. So to celebrate the start of winter Cossies are having a huge swimwear and clothing SALE. 50% off more than half the store- everything included. One pieces, tankini's and bikini's. Sale items are all clearly marked with a big bright 50% OFF sticker. This applies to all brands- Seafolly, Baku, Sunflair to name a few.
... For those that want newer in season, just arrived stock -we have that too, but with so many travelling right now they are being snapped up quicker than a ligtning strike and sizes are dwindling.
This sale applies to all sizes - 8 to 30, so if you are going away or staying home until the 19th June, this sale applies.
Our hours have changed during winter as follows Mon- Fri 10am-3pm and Sat 10am - 1pm.
** Please also note that the shop will be closed for 2 weeks 19th June to 3rd July for personal circumstances. Thank you for you understanding. Below are a few of the cossies on sale.
And now for something completely different -- fresh, healthy and low cal ,carb etc etc
Marinated Salmon 4 (150g) x small salmon fillets skin removed - Pan fry skin for extra yum n keep aside for plating. 1/3 cup honey 1/3 cup reduced salt soy sauce 1/4 cup rice wine or dry sherry 1/2 tsp 5 spice powder 1 teaspoons minced garlic 2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger 1 tbl sesame oil Place the salmon in a large zipped-top bag. Whisk the remaining ingredients together in a medium bowl . Pour half of this sauce over the salmon fillets, coating them thoroughly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Hot skillet with 1 tbl peanut or other mild tasting oil. Remove salmon from marinade and add to pan cooking 2-3 min on each side or until cooked to liking( I like mine a bit pink inside) Pour the remaining, unused marinade into a small saucepan or skillet. If you want, you can add the remaining (used) marinade as well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat low-medium and allow to simmer for 4 minutes. 4 cups broccoli florets (or mix of favorite veggie) garnish with chopped shallots, sesame seeds, serve with boiled brown rice. Enjoy🤗
