Coulson Body Repairs

Decent repair job but they need to improve communications with their clients, very disappointed!, Vehicle was not detailed properly after repair, washer reservoir was replaced but not refilled, it's the minor details that have been overlooked which leads me to question the level of professionalism of the repairs.

I am not sure what their repairs are like but after having the car for 2 days after a collision and not even assessing it i rang insurance company and had it moved to another repairer. to be told it might be looked at this afternoon and then quoted maybe early next week. You are kidding yourselves. CPC in Dapto had a completed quote in 1 day and only delay was waiting for part from overseas. Not good enough.

Had my Holden VF SS in for repairs and the guys there are great. You can tell by the lay out of the workshop that they take pride in their work . I really recommend them , and thanks for doing an excellent job on the body and paint work.

The service I got from Coulsons was excellent. They have repaired some minor bodywork on our Subaru plus some front damage from a Triumph Stag (getting parts was not easy for this car). All the guys we dealt with were really professional and wanted to do a great job. I was really impressed with this.

I would recommend them anytime.
