with someone not personally involved in your life. You will speak confidentially to a qualified Psychologist to help identify your problem.
The Psychologist will guide you towards
practical solutions, without judgement.
Many people experience emotional difficulties. Do you feel depressed, resentful, angry, anxious or stressed? How you feel is a good indicator whether you need some assistance.
To deal with work and personal issues that affect your well-being, counselling helps you to:

Our service fees are affordable with a $30 out-of-pocket difference once claimed through Medicare.
