We were first time home buyers/land buyers and were recommended Coutts as our solicitors. Even though we live right in Sydney city, we chose to get a lawyer close to where we were buying and so glad we did. We dealt with Allyce and she was fantastic! She answers all of our questions, always responsive and so lovely and on the ball. We settled right on Christmas, and they even managed to get our settlement letter to us just before Christmas Day. They have great fees too and I would use them over and over again and highly recommend them!

Extremely rude is how I would describe the service, They don't listen to you even though you are the client, very poor at responding if they do at all.

They have been so un professional even down to the threatening emails when I raised a complaint with the senior partner please AVOID them.

Friendly and approachable with a real attention to detail and very communicative, and thoroughly professional people, would not hesitate to use them again in any future transaction, and would also not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a conveyancer or solicitor.
