I ordered on the 8th December. Was advised nearly two weeks later that the wine I had ordered was out of stock. I pointed out that I should've received wine before Christmas weekend. I was told that the replacement order (placed by 22nd December) ought to arrive by New Years. I received it on the 4th of January. Can't see myself ordering from the again. If some sort of freebie or voucher had been given to apologise I might've been more inclinced to be forgiving. It's called customer service.

They LIE. The wine advert said 12 bottles 750ml wine in the box, what turned up was 10 bottles of 750ml and 2 bottles of 375ml. I have e-mailed and left messages ZERO, absolutely ZERO response!

The service of this company is absolutely shocking! I have ordered 3 times. The first went fine. The second after 1.5 month they realize that the wine I ordered was not in stock. The third after 15 days from the order they send me a completely wrong wine. I need to go to the post and send it back. Now after other 15 days I have not received my right wine yet. On the website they claim delivery in capital cities in 5 days max. This is my last order and I will never recommend this company to anyone.
