We called in on a quite weeknight for a quick bite to eat. We were surprised at the newly renovated dining area. It looked and felt very spacious and comfortable with its chandeliers and new wooden spaced out dining tables. The floor coverings helped to drown out the ambient pub noise to a very comfortable level. The staff also provided excellent service...
The crumbed lamb cutlets were amongst the best I have had in a while... Prices are reasonable with specials of good value.
Unfortunately the pub is situated in a heavy residential area so the parking situation could be a problem. I also noted that the pub dosnt accept 'tap n pay' which i must say would be the only pub that i know of that does not accept this type of payment. Apart from that we had a great night...

Newish owners have been making a difference here. Had a really lovely meal , way above what you would expect in a pub from the specials board. Will be back.

Very nice looking pub. Friendly service, pub is quite large. Would be better if there was a bigger beer selection. Good place to watch sport, there are large TVs. Didn't eat so can't comment on the food quality.

Fabulous ambience with new renovations menu great and value for money. Staff always friendly and accommodating.
