Food is amazing every time. Only complaint is the servings are too big. I can eat a LOT, but struggle to finish if I have an appetiser and a main.

We visited this place and order quite a few dishes. The pizza is good. Nice base with just right amount of topping. Spaghetti Marinara is tasty. Salad with salmon is great. But the grill combo (lamb n chicken) is not so appealing. Lamb flavour is not as good as i would like it to. Chicken is just ok.

they had no idea what table had ordered what. It took 10mins for me to pay the bill because only one person was doing that while 2-3others kept wiping down the same tables. And I've friend just told me she's been ill since eating the gnocchi there. There are lots of other places to eat in the piazza. I suggest try somewhere else

Food is really not worth the price. However my main gripe is the customer service. We had staff coming over very frequently to see if we were done and it felt as though we were being rushed out. It was confirmed when the manager very obviously pointed at our table and a waiter came over and said we would have the table for another ten minutes. This is after we ordered drinks, mains and dessert. Do not go there if you're wanting to enjoy a good meal and chat.

Food is a very good and doesn't take to long to come. But wait staff bit poor have to wave them each time you need a drink. If the service matched the food this restaurant would be top class. I do come back often tho as the food is awesome.

When I saw the prices I thought wow this will be great but was below average. Pizza was doughy and calamari we ate 1 piece and left I am 95% is frozen not fresh. Very disappointing experience.

We Went To Criniti's To Catch Up With Some Friends For A Late Lunch On A Week Day, We Are Regular Attendees At This Restaurant. The Service Was Very Poor I'll Explain Why From Arrival. Once We Arrived And Were Seated 30 Minutes Had Passed And No-One Was Coming To Get Our Drink Order We Thought About Getting Up And Going To Another Restaurant However I Went For A Walk Around The Restaurant Until I Found A Waitress (All Were Having A Great Chat At The Bar) They Took Our Drinks And Entree Order Drinks Were A Bottle Of Wine And 2 Peronis Off Tap, Our Entrees Came Out Before The Drinks I Then Got Up Again Found A Waitress And Asked About The Drinks They Then Came Out 10 Minutes Later. I Will Also Note That The Restaurant Wasn't Busy At All. We Finished Those Drinks And Entrees And Then Wanted Cocktails, A Jug Of Water And To Order Mains For The Table And Still No Waitress Was Waiting On Us I Had To Get Up Yet Again, I Had A Baby With Me So Getting Up All The Time Wasn't Ideal. We Spent Around 3 Hours Here And The Whole Time We Were There The Table Beside Us Wasn't Cleared It Gathered Flies And All Waitresses Walked Passed It And Ignored It. We Spent A Total Of $490 Between Us If The Service Was A Lot Better I Guarantee We Would Have Spent A Lot More I Believe That Spending This Much At A Restaurant The Service Should Be Exeptional. I Will Say The Food And The Cocktails Were All Amazing However Service Was Disappointing We Decided To Leave And Went To Another Bar For Cocktails If Service Was Good We Would Have Stayed. I Wouldn't Recommend This Restaurant To Family And Friends After Our Experience.

I wish I could give zero star, worst restaurant experience ever! Firstly, the staffs kept bringing other people's orders and asking us if we ordered them, then finally got ours', it tastes nothing but salty and dry(calzone), the fresh juice had 2/3 of ice and water for $8.9, finally they brought us someone else's bill which was much more than what we ordered!
Look at your google reviews, I've never seen any restaurant has such poor rating, should have read them before we went there, please do some real improvements to make sure your customers get what they are paying for.

Place is dimly lit and service is not up to scratch. Waiter yawned while we were ordering our food and then apologised saying he had been working for 12 hours straight. Don't really want to know that when I am dining with my family. He also didn't come back to check on us during our meal to see if we wanted anything else and after our meal was finished to see if we wanted dessert. To add to this, our meals were thrown on our table, we had to move plates to make room for the pizza stand. (Shouldnt the waiter make sure the table is cleared before bringing out the food) Plates were pushed around and the bowl of chips almost fell off the table.
Food has improved significantly since we last went a few years ago. However the service is still a major let down.
