Go for dinner, order pasta, and you won't be disappointed. My linguine was quite simply the best I've had in a long time. Service was great and prices are decent for the area. Avoid the breakfast smoothies but everything else we've tried is amazing

Pizza was tasty and the base, perfect. We had ribs that were amazing and our son had a 'pizza burger' that he rates a 10/10.
As it happened, the kitchen served pork ribs but we had ordered beef.
The solution: we got beef AND pork with beef for free.
Great service!

First of all, the location is great and the food is okay, even if it doesn't always feel very authentic.

Service was attentive, but at the same time extremely rushed. Why did you serve out our mains whilst we were clearly still eating our starter?

The very long menu and high pricing further give the place a highly commercial feel. The focus is clearly on making money rather than giving guests a great experience.

All in all a rather forgettable experience. You can do worse, but also a lot better.

The calamari with chips and the pistachio pizza we ordered were both very tasty.
However, the outdoor seats mean you're sitting in full sun which can be unpleasant.
I mark them down for the free parking which is advertised for online booking but not honoured when requested, staff pleaded ignorance.

Love the all day breakfast. Great healthy and veggie options. Staff needs to be trained in customer service. Very abrupt

After walking around the city I chose this restaurant for my lunch. I gladly sat down and rested my feet and ordered the baramundi. While waiting for my lunch to arrive I check to see if I had enough cash or would I use my card. With a sinking feeling I realised I had neither cash or card with me. I quickly informed the manager who calmed me and said he understood my situation and not to worry. He told me to enjoy my meal and not stress. The meal was beautiful. I offered to transfer money into their account but this lovely person told me my meal was on the house. He was so gracious and understanding. Thank you.

Great venue with outdoor seating. Service was nice and friendly however I wish the food was up to scratch. They have very large servings which is great for the price you pay. Not complaining there! However we expected better cooked pasta, it was way over, soft and mushy like baby food. Not very pleasant at all.
Everything else we had was pretty good, ribs were deliciously sticky and pizza was just the way it should be.

The food was excellent. HUGE serving enough to feed 3-4 people. We were sat next to the pizza oven and the smell was welcoming. However, the place was crowded. Waiters had to climb over chairs to deliver their food. The heater was literally on our backs and the waiters wouldn't let us turn it off or turn it down a bit. The drinks service was extremely slow. Took 25 minuts to have a lemon lime bitter. Had to chase up after 15 minutes. Apparently we have to find the original waitress who took our orders to chase up the drinks. Our steak and ribs arrived without steak knives. Finding a waiter was an ordeal but for him to find a steak knife was even harder. One knife took 10 minutes saying they have a shortage and then he ran away. Took another 10 minutes to find another waiter to find another steak knife. Definitely an experience.

Lovely food. Sorrento pizza, salt and pepper calamari and Mediterranean salad. All wonderful. Good friendly, quick service. Huge portions. Took leftovers home. Most divine espresso martini ever. Had a lovely afternoon lunch with my son to celebrate mother's day. Thanks everyone.

Poor, lazy service and average food.

Our group of 12 agreed this was some of the worst and laziest service we've experienced in Sydney, due to the lack of hospitality experience of the staff employed here. In summary:

- 6 bottles of wine we requested were not available - excuse given: 'we did not get our order in this week' ?!
- there were only 3 menus on the table, and 5 wine glasses missing, for a table of 12
When we requested more wine glasses, a 'waiter' with attitude picked up a single glass from another table and banged it on the table with a loud sigh
- then had to get up and complain to get attention, as staff ignored us when we tried to catch their eye to address the lack of menus/glasses
- many of the staff have poor English, resulting in orders and instructions misunderstood e.g. the incorrect wine was brought to our table twice
- some staff wander around looking busy but doing very little
- some wine glasses were dirty
- a second bottle of wine was ordered - the 'waiter' placed it on the table, but did not open it, pour it, or change our glasses (it was a different type of wine from the first bottle)

Food is average to say the least. I'd suggest Criniti's Woolloomooloo is for tourists who are more interested in location than cuisine or service. Regardless, this place needs to hire people with experience and English fluency, who understand they work in a service industry.

Enjoyed Christmas banquet with work colleagues - entrees and dessert were served to the table as share plates whereas we all ordered our own mains. Good location and efficient service. I must return one weekend day for a lazy breakfast. The only reason I gave it three stars was because of the pesky Indian Myna birds that flew through the crowd. The birds seemed reasonably aggressive and quite at home. Other food areas trap these birds and ensure that they are suitable destroyed. Crinti's has bird spikes to stop the birds landing on the building structure yet I would rather see the birds removed altogether.

User

Mass produced food, large portions, not overly tasty. Some waitstaff good, others poor service. It took 2 hours and multiple reminders to several waitstaff to get my meal with specific dietary requirements. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Visied here with family and friends on 26 November 2016

*Nice atmosphere but background music far too loud.

*Card menus are oversized

*Generous food Portions.

*Ravioli Rosa slightly overcooked but overall fine and tasty

*Restaurant seemed understaffed or staff had little experince in dealing with the public, probably the reason for the unprofessional and slow customer service received.

Attentive staff training should be the number 1 priority at Criniti's which might lead to better 4 or 5 star ratings from customers.

Despite the poor service, I'd be happy to come back at some point.
