Had 'Thinkware cam' installed . Very quick and thorough and good advice.

Literally have just left. Walked in to purchase an amp and sub. stood around for 15 minutes, not one person in sight. Called out and made noise and no one came. Shame because I was there to purchase.

Google said that Cronulla Car Sound closed at 3pm on Saturday's. I arrived at 2.25pm and found the place closed. I wasted time and money. Called their number, no response, nothing.

Zero customer service. Went in today (Saturday) waited in the showroom 5 mins - no sign of anyone. Went down stairs and called out several times. Older balding man, made eye contact and ignored me from within a car he was working on. I stood there for a further 5 mins. With no help or further acknowledgement. So I left. You lost a $500 sale.

I purchased a Pioneer 2Din unit for my black Honda Odyssey in February 2015. The service and patience over a period of more than 12 months was excellent. I had trouble with the SWC control unit which was eventually replaced after about 13 months at no charge. In addition I had multiple visits for help in learning settings for the FH-X775BT Pioneer unit. I always received the help I needed even though I'm sure I was going to wear out my welcome! Thank you for great after sales service.
