Crookston Heavy Haulage has been servicing the needs of the Sydney Metro and east coast of NSW areas for over 10 years. With an expanding fleet of newer equipment we have made a sustainable stake of equipment transport within Sydney and surrounding areas. We regularly service customers on the Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs, Sydney CBD, North Western Suburbs, Outer Western Suburbs, South-South Western Suburbs and the Blue Mountains.

A wide variety of existing customers regularly use our professional and friendly services because they can rely on equipment which is sensibly and safely delivered to their desired destinations.

We are proud to have a proven ability to work within team and group environments and support positive involvement for safety and structure with major large scale projects which have successfully been conducted with ZERO HARM or INJURY to personnel working on the project (project OCT 2010- MAY 2011). This project alone had machinery transport movements up to 3000 tonnes of equipment per 5 day working week, this project was also all conducted safely whilst working at night.

Another difficult “hi-risk” project successfully conducted was the repositioning of a large number of gantry segments 12m high on-site at a major petroleum refinery This was again completed with a high emphasis on safety, planning and skilled operation, and the task was completed without a hitch.

Our staff are complex and highly trained personnel with a high emphasis on safety and transporting and delivering equipment with in local, state and national guidelines.

The skill set of our staff are in the following areas:

qualified heavy vehicle and plant mechanic,
qualified recovery rigger / crane rigger and dogman
qualified EWP operator with open licence
MC multi combination licenced operators
NSW Workcover, blue card, white and green card holders (where applicable) as well as SACL and RTA specific site inductions
MSIC and ASIC licenced operators
dangerous goods operator
trained and skilled machinery operators
senior First Aid trained personnel
