CrossFit Norwest was established in 2008 moving our premises to Dural in 2014. We offer CrossFit classes, PT, stretch, ladies only & barbell classes.

At CrossFit Norwest a culture is spread through our members that quitting doesn't exist & failure isn't an option. The training is hard and uncompromising, but you will be in the best shape of your life! The group environment is competitive but friendly, pushing you to perform at your best.
