Crown Car Wash

Rubbish job at rip off prices!! $85 to get the worst car wash in history. Bonnet and windows looked like they hadn't been touched. I could barely see my speedometer which had DEFINITELY not been touched. The Armorall was applied sparingly and unevenly. I seriously have NEVER felt so ripped off in my life. Do NOT go to this place! Please note the names of the only 2 x 5 star feedbacks that they have received. I strongly suspect they are the owners or relatives of the owners. Discount those 2 comments if you have half a clue.

Did a great job of detailing my eleven year old SUV. Not cheap but the handy location no doubt costs quite a bit. A friendly crew and I'll go back some other time when shopping at Westfield Tuggerah.

Atrocious work. Went there with the simple task of basic interior clean, car less than a year old, was not built up filth over a long period. Was told an hour to complete. Did what you are meant to do ($$$comercialism). Came back 2 1/2 hours later and car had not moved. Was told 45 minutes, so over an hour later return to pay then return to a car that probably only had a quick vacuum. Dash dust all over, sills filthy, under mats untouched. Showed their boss and he said he will sort it. Another hour later drove away poorer with a car that wasn't even close to being cleaned let alone detailed.
By the way the complaint service is as efficient and effective as the wash/detail service.
Also whilst having a quick look at reviews noticed that any good reviews seem to come from people with the last name Kumar, so either I say my last name is Kumar for proper service or maybe your good reviews are just fake, hmmmmm I wonder which???

$100 for not much. Still have bird poo on door. Dirt still on carpet where they have moved seats. Still a dragonfly inside front window. Eyes painted on or just a very rushed job. Don't go there, would of been better off at self car wash $2 for vacuum. $18 for wash. Rip off

Extremely disappointed. I paid $60 yesterday, to have my small wagon washed, vac'd, Windows cleaned inside and armor all done. They've missed patches everywhere, didn't clean the windows inside the back or vacuum the back part of the wagon.
You can't see it properly when you pick your car up; because it's quite dark.
Too far to take it back.

Good place for a quick wash yourself, with the usual wheel cleaner, foam brush, and high pressure hose. However, more expensive than IMO carwash in Strathfield, as the timer seems to run down very quickly.

Wide berths and usually not crowded. Managed to get a 12 seat bus in and out without too much trouble. Very annoying that their machines don't give a receipt despite saying "GST included" on them. Makes claiming back from work a hassle. Otherwise good value for money.

Wash brush is old and dirty. I washed my small car with just a simple jet water spray then foam brush and jet wash to get the soap off and it costed me $7. I wasn't going slow but the timer seems to be so hungry for my $2 coins

This place has deteriorated -
Brushes are all old - need replacing NOW and so they don't damage your car. Honestly there is only like one that is usable.
The mag wheel brushes have been removed so now I guess people have to use the Duco Brushes to clean their wheels and that makes them no good to actually do the car.
Very dirty rubbish piled up around the property
Not many people come here much now - probably better to go to Strathfield car wash or get the guys at the gym to do it for $24 better than wasting my money here

Not the best in town. If you go here make sure you have coins ready as the cash machine doesn't read notes very well and you can find yourself attempting to get change for 20 minutes. Have personally experienced the machine not reading the notes when put in a $20 and gave change for a $10. Luckily there was a staff member there that fixed the problem but out of hours you would be ripped off big time. I have been here a few times (with my own coins now) and usually ok but sometimes the machines run out of soap and no one is around so you have to pay for a spray only. Not very good management.

They have stopped providing wheel wash detergent and brushes.

Not all hoses work properly and staff no where to be seen...

It's open 24 hours...so we can go anytime of the day. Very clean place.
