My daughter booked us into this hotel for the gastro meal and view of the Terrigal fire works on New Years Eve.
The staff were absolutely fantastic, the meal was horrific. The portions were even lost in the saucer sized plates. The description on the menu in no way matched th food. The first course of snapper was ridiculously small, but we thought things can only get better. NO.
The last course of duck was a disgrace. It was so over cooked that it was very, very dry.
My daughter booked this as a treat for us as we are on holiday from Scotland.
So very, very disappointing, so disgusting for a chain as big as IHG of which I am a member.
