Hi, I'd like to express my frustration and disappointment at joining your gym. I signed up on September 15, last month, and even bought a $99 PT package. Despite 5 phone call followups and several in person followups about my PT appointment, a PT has not been scheduled up to now. I've been promised several times that a PT will be scheduled for me but it's ridiculous that I've been waiting for a month already, especially considering that I've already paid for this.
I need someone in Crunch to rectify this and call me by tomorrow, or I'm cancelling my membership and will ask for a refund.
