Crust Pizza Neutral Bay

I still like the taste of crust pizza but I'm giving up on it now because of it's awful customer experience. Delivery is always longer than it says, they really need to improve their ETA - last night's said arriving in 60 minutes but arrived 1 hour and 45 mins later. The app and website are so frustrating to use and rarely work properly. I wish it would give me an approx wait time BEFORE I put in my order so I can decide whether I want to wait that long. One too many frustrating experiences. Not bothering anymore.

Fine most days, but ongoing store cannot cope with busy periods. Have had incorrect delivery twice, and waited over 90 minutes recently more frequently. Still deserves the 2 star as pizza quality is still better than a lot of takeaway pizza... but need to up your game.

Fine Monday to Thursday but unable to cope with demand on the weekend, yet they still take orders and your money. Pizza arrived over 2 hours after ordering and was cold, unpleasant and just not worth the money and wait. On the weekend you're better off getting a pizza from a supermarket to cook yourself.

This has got to be one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Fantastic mix of flavors, and the light spice was very much enjoyed!

On Saturday evening around 7pm we ordered online 2 pizzas from Crust Neutral Bay to be delivered to us in Neutral Bay. The estimated delivery time was 70 minutes. Around 8.20pm we contacted the Neutral Bay store to ascertain how much longer it would take for delivery. They apologised for the delay, said they would include a free bottle of soft drink and the pizzas were about to walk our the door. Around 8.45pm, the pizzas that were about to walk out the door around 8.20pm had still not arrived. Telephoned Crust Neutral Bay again, more apologies, offered a full refund and pizzas were again on their way. Now at 9pm, more apologies but told the driver was out the front of our place, nope, the driver was not out the front of our place. Eventually the driver arrived.
Whilst we appreciate the refund of the cost (still to be processed), your service is severely lacking. Maybe stop taking orders if you can't process them in a timely manner or within the estimated time stated online. Our 70 minutes turned into 2 hours, not impressed.

Great pizza and great service. When my order was not right they immediately made me the correct pizza, delivered it, and gave me a free chocolate mousse!
