Here at CRUZ + CO. we have the most dedicated small team doing their absolute best. And guess what, we are human and we make mistakes and we will always rectify them ASAP. Unfortunately, out of the 1000's of products we send out every month, yes there may be a faulty one here and there. If you ever have any issues with our products or any questions ple...ase never hesitate to contact us - We are here to help you.
As each and every one of our items are individually made to order, we do have a wait time as stated. Our team will pull all-nighters during busy periods (seriously, we do) and spend days, nights and weekends away from our families to ensure orders are personalised and on the way to their new homes in time.
Also, unfortunately, sometimes we are impacted by our manufacturers, shipping custom delays, postage delays etc that can sometimes hold up orders. Please know, we are working tirelessly behind the scenes to bring you awesome, quality products and exceptional customer service. We would never ever intentionally hold up your order.
At CRUZ + CO. we don't think Keyboard Warriors are cool. If you feel the need to abuse our team, threaten our business or slam us on Social Media (because we did not reply to your message in 2 hours...out of business hours) we will automatically cancel your order and refund you no questions asked 🙂
