Bad experience. Paid $60 to have my car washed, wasn't done very well and when I went back and questioned what products they use they told me just water and a cloth... for $60 is a disgrace.. never visit here again

I don't usually write reviews but do not waste your money here, they are scammers, you can pay $200 for a complete service and they still have the audacity to treat your vehicle like you paid $5 for a two second job.

Now about the workers, they actually hassle you if you complain and one of them was trying to a "hard nut" and trying to said "you don't know who you are messing with" like honestly I read the reviews here and though, this can't be that bad but I still stupidly went here and go what was coming.

HONESTLY HOW CAN WORKERS WANT TO FIGHT/HARASS CUSTOMERS AND THREATEN THEM, I DID NOT PAY FOR MY SERVICE AND LEFT WITHOUT PAYING BECAUSE OF ALL THIS.

Do not waste your money. They charge $55 for inside out clean. The inside never been cleaned. save your money clean your car yourself or go somewhere else.

This company tries to illegally hire people for WELL under the minimum wage. Do not support company's that pray on desperate people trying to find jobs. You should boycott them at out principal.

The manager is extremely lacking job qualities, one of the workers tried to staunch me up when I said they didn't clean the front, where do they find the staff? There was staff that didn't even speak or know basic English and want to have a little brawl with me because of his fellow staff member wanting to have a fight with me, save your money else where and go to a better and cheaper carwash. I mean who would square up and try staunch their customer, no work training at all for the staff. Manager probably just hiring his mates and the manager probably got hired as a fluke or through a mate. Save your money and go somewhere else better such as the one in Mascot or Marrickville.

My car had that many dirty marks and sud marks that when I asked them to fix it they kept saying it needs to be buffed. The worst part is they left tiny scratches on the seats. Don't waste your money. Oh and my first review so you can imagine how upset I am

What a rip off!!! They pressured me to buy a 5 pass I said no because I don't want to to run out they told me it will not expire, so I bought it and today I went in and they told me sorry it expired 6 days ago as it has been a year!!! They Refused to wash my car unless I was prepared to buy another 5 pass or pay $25.
I will never go back to any crystal car wash again.

Best word to describe the whole experience. Kept hassling me to buy their deals, I only wanted 1 wash as I normally wash it myself. Gave me a $15 discount which was not honored when I went to pay for the service. Watched as other patrons came in, and left before me, they neglected my car after the vacuum (only a small sedan) Then when I drove it home I noticed 2 sections where they scratched the paint on the roof, and missed a few areas on the drivers side front quarter panel. $55 wasted.

Get's the majority of the dirt off so if your car is really dirty inside and out they do the job quickly. But like others have said, they miss a lot of the fiddly spots, and if you mention it they say you should have got the next service up. When literally if they spent 5 minutes more on my car they could have done a perfect job. Don't think I'll go back, I'd describe the service as average.

Horrible service. You get better results at a cheap servo drive thru carwash. Stay away at all costs.

I found the cost of just an external wash and vacuum inside exsessive. Not only that but the was job was poor. Spots missed. For 55 dollars I would expect a decent wash.
Also the young guy tried to upswell me and after saying ING no he kept trying using different tactics. No means no

After reading multiple bad reviews about this car wash I was hesitant to trust them with my scratch free vehicle,

Well i finally bit the bullet and drove into the establishment, I was greeted by a man looking super professional with his little hand held computer, i asked for the $40 in&out wash with complementary coffee, he tried to up-sell me the next wash option on the menu, but took my refusal gracefully, smiled and sent me off to the cafe.

As i entered the Cafe, turned towards the the counter, the lady was friendly and helpful with taking my coffee order. This encounter stood up to my every expectation.

As I sat at a table, waiting for my coffee. I eagerly watched through the large floor to ceiling window/wall for any signs of mistreatment to my shiny scratch free clear coat, the staff were effortlessly treating my beloved vehicle to a gentle hand wash as it moved through towards the mechanical car washing machine,
As it disappeared into the machines mechanisms, my coffee arrived to calm my nerves. It was at that perfect temperature to enjoy instantly.
Before I knew it, my vehicle magically re-appeared soaking wet, but for only a short minute before it was meticulously massaged dry.
From here it was the interior's time to shine, from the boot floor to behind the brake pedal, the carpet was vacuumed within an inch of its life, the seats were given the same treatment, and the windows were all polished right to the outer edges.
Finishing the process my vehicle was moved ready for me to drive away, but before I could, the tyres were treated to some shine,

Walking from the cafe towards the car, I was nothing but impressed by the high level of standard with the appearance of my car.
It entered with a few thick layers of interstate road grime, and left looking like the day if left the showroom floor.

Also contrary to other review's, all of my spare change was left alone in the ash tray looking like a treasure chest.

I would return without thinking twice about it. And would also recommend this car wash to any fussy car owner like myself.

Considering how may car-wash places exist in the Eastern suburbs this place is very pricey. I've used their basic services and their top-tier $399 option. Definitely not worth spending more than $200 bucks here because the highest level service appears to stop at this price (anymore and you're paying for air). Overall the guys do a good job, and they don't use horrible products or leave a cheap smell in your car when they're finished. If you want a quality detail though I'd recommend using a private/mobile car detailing service instead.

Didn't really wash the car at all, just hosed it down and gave it a wipe. You will get the same result in a drive through car wash.

Car is clean but my $20 in coins are gone!
And when I complain they tell me that is not possible! And specially i put the coins in sunglas rag!

Rude staff and poor service. I ended up with chipped paint and new marks on my car. There were soap suds inside my boot and doors, as well as dirt left on my car after the wash. The same time is spent on the car regardless of which package you select and they clearly rush through without any care or attention. Would avoid at all costs, a complete waste of money.

Very friendly guys working out there. Free coffee with a wash in the lounge and the car is ready in 15mins. Enjoy your coffee and watch you car getting clean. Goodjob guys. Appreciate for sparkling my car. Cheers.

WORST CARWASH EVER!
They left a few wax marks on my car that are not removal!!!!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They do not even worth one star. So I went there for an express car wash $17 and was gonna pay by cash. They came back and said they do not have any change. So I paid by card and they charged $50 in the account. I went back and they refused to give me back my money and made an excuse saying they do not have any refund system. Long story short, this place is such a dodgy and trashy place as they ended up giving me back $33 in cash. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE because of their dishonesty.

Paid for an inside vacuum, they didn't touch the inside. Not worth asking them to fix.
