Horrible experience.
Was not vacuumed, cleaned or polished as paid for!
Leaves under bonnet we’re not touched and dirt, bird poo present after “wash”. Dirty shoe prints were left on the back of my driver seat.
Called the manager and he asked to return the following day for a refund, however, upon return he wasn’t working.
Complete waste of time!
Will never return again!

Couldn't have had a worse experience if I paid to have one... paid $44 for the 'in and out wash' which I've always had at other Crystal car washes with no dramas, I've received a good hand wash and vacuum in the past. However I'm sitting down waiting for my car at Northbridge Crystal and I look over to see my car in the automatic car wash machine... wow, I could have paid $10 for that. I came out to my car and I can honestly say it didn't even look like it had been washed! Very disappointing, I let the attendant know and he said nothing he just ushered me into me car to drive away. Won't be going back her again.

Used to be good, not anymore. Before their renovation the job was always spotless. Tried it today and many large dirt spots left which can be removed just with a finger and/or fingernail. Expect a clean car when paying to get the car cleaned! Not coming back.

had a VW Caddy. Paid extra to get dog hair off the back of the seats. It's a brand new car. it took them 10 mins to clean the car. Coffee was undrinkable and when we get in the car no hair was cleaned and he had a go at me for having only paying $55. He got the vacuum and took him 30 seconds to get rid of the hair. bugs still on lights. Worst one I have been to and horrible value for money.

Kings of the upsell. Caved in and got the $90 wash and polish to compare to my regular detailer after manager pleaded to give them a chance. Certainly average polish job and spots missed everywhere- glass, doors, interior (like the last time) coffee was surprisingly good though; come here for a quick external wash while you do some grocery shopping and nothing more.

Terrible experience. Charged me $125 when I originally asked for the $44 wash, which I didn't find out about until after the car had been sent off. Manager was unhelpful and difficult to understand in explaining how they could charge me so much. The website is deliberately non transparent with pricing and details of their services in order to fleece customers more. Despite all this the car was left with numerous soap marks on it, and the roof had dirty markings left on it. The insides were not wiped thoroughly either. My first and last time using a car wash service.

Don't go to this car wash. Worst car wash on earth. Their customer service is atrocious. No care for your car nor your possessions in your car. Unapologetic for their mistakes and have the cheek to blame it on the customers. No system to the queuing. No logic, no reasoning to their explanations. Just plain aggravating. Never going to this car wash again!!!

Worst car wash place I’ve ever tried.

Prices suddenly increased when I had already driven in to check-in. Said they hadn’t updated the price list on signs yet.

Then they charged me double price at the counter and said it was an ‘accident’.

Didn’t clean the car properly - didn’t do the basic things listed in the inclusions - wiping dust off and cleaning the console etc. Obvious that no cleaning products were used.

Complete rip-off. Never going back!

The service is pretty good although I find it expensive for a basic wash, add an inside wipe down etc it $100 more which I think is outrageous.

They up sell but then don't provide the service that you've paid for!

I should have read the google reviews, but I thought I would give them a chance, what a big mistake.

I asked them to concentrate on a few areas of my car (scuff marks on the inside of the doors), and a mark on the car seat and the guy said I had to get the next service up.

So I did, and it still wasn't cleaned properly. And when I picked up the car, I had to point out obvious bits (I have a white car, they stuck out like a sore thumb) that they had missed.

One spot on the car that I pointed out, the guy mumbled something about needed to get the premium package to rid of that spot, and I rubbed at the mark with my finger and it was gone!

They are absolutely useless!

Seriously, just drive a bit further to the other side of Dee Why, near the RSL, they have one of those automatic car washes that uses only water, you'd get a better clean that way for a fraction of the price!

Don't waste your money. $55 for a sloppy interior/exterior clean. The only difference I noticed getting back into my car was that it smelt nice.
Took them 10 minutes - I know they're express but they've got plenty of men on board to at least do a good job. Will never go back again.

I agree with most of the comments made. When you pay $125 for a car wash you expect a lot for more than just a polish and a vaccum. They failed to simply wipe down the interior and do the windows properly.

After paying $70 our car was just slightly cleaner. The rain would have probably done a much better job. The manager should be ashame to charge so much for such a poor job.

This is the second time I have been there to have my car cleaned and detailed , one on a busy Saturday and this time mid week, my greeting was great and they were super fast and effiecnrt, in and out within 15 or so minutes and my car was sparkling!
I have nothing bad to say about my experience here!

The last two times I have had to spend an extra 10 minutes showing them everywhere they have missed on the outside and the inside of my car. They have also left dirty cloths on my car after telling me it was ready to go.
The last time was by far the worst. I told them everywhere they had missed, they then spent a few soconds on it and then got home to find even more that they had missed inside my car. I called to complain and they didn't care.

Asked for outside and inside cleaning and inside was still dirty and when i complained they said that it was that they could do. Horrible result and experience. Don't recommend at all!

Paid for top wash which was meant to include detailing and engine bay but think i could have done better myself.

All in hand wash. Way better than Northbridge and Chatswood.
And good coffee.

I wash my car here because of the convenient dog wash, so I get two things done at once. But the management there is terrible. They sell you 5-wash packages when you still have some left from your previous 5-wash package, and they discard the washes you payed for and did not use as part of your previous package. I did not notice that for 2 years, but then I started to look at the "number of washes left " on the receipt, and saw they were basically cheating by at least 1 wash by pressuring you to buy a new package before your previous one was done. I brought it up with the manager, who after trying to fool me with various sorts of blurb, eventually admitted that it was their mistake, and I should have 6 washes left instead of 5. He made a note in their system, but the next time I came, that was not taken into account, I still had 5 washes left. I just didn't feel like arguing again and ruining my Saturday. But they can't be trusted and lie to your face . Make sure you don't buy another package before you use up completely your previous one. I'd avoid them completely if the dog wash was not so convenient.

Rose Bay, you deserve so much better than this putrid car wash operated by people with zero Customer Service skills. This car wash is so out of place in the beautiful wealthy Suburb of Sydney. Shame

don't have the temerity to turn up to this place with a dirty car unless you want to be shafted for double the advertised price. Standard underpaid workforce doing a half-arsed job at super-inflated rates. They even make them get on google and leave fake positive reviews. A real eastern suburbs gem.

Terrible job. I arrive there and get harassed about upgrading i say NO on more than one occasion finally i just walk away. I come back ask to speak to a manager Anthony explain that i dont want to be harassed he makes a note. I get the txt saying the car is ready i go out its not vacumed and not even dried i ask the guy he gets rude then Anthony manager comes over i explain and then he gets rude saying the dont need people like me. Well looking at your reviews you need people. I get the car washed every week only the 2nd time i went there never again they are so rude. They only get a star because you cant give none.

THE SERVICE I PAID For WAS SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE WASHING OUTSIDE AND CLEANING INSIDE THE CAR. THE CAR WAS POORLY CLEANED ON THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. I ALSO NOTICED A FEW SCRATCHES ON THE INSIDE OF THE CAR DOOR.

I went to this poor customer service place taking the risk $89 vacuum wash and polish and then i said i dont want the polish $49!
I paid for this and got the buzzer it went off after 10 mins !! Not 45 mins I check the car and was told it was vacuumed and they moved the passenger floor mat only. I went back inside and asked for my money back and the lady slammed my money on the counter !
I come back to my car and the was told by the guy who quoted the price opened my passenger door yelled at me dont come back here again !!
I have complained to one of the managers but as all know nothing gets done

I came here a few days ago for a nice wash. I thought it would be nice to grab something to eat and i got a banana bread which had a weird smell and i refused to eat it. Other than that the car wash wasn't really that good, when i expected the car after, the floors were clean and smelt nice, but the car roofs had fewer stains. The car seats were still a little oily. One thing I forgot to mention the lady that worked at the cafe had a poor attitude.

The wash was acceptable. But you can get the same result for $20 less down the street. And for $50 you would think they could wash a car in less than 1hr30!! Will not be returning.

This is my first ever review online so to write somethig this long there is a real problem.

I was given a handful of gift vouchers for a Superwash at the Crystal Car Wash cafe in Blakehurst. I took my car there first, very average job, after inspecting the car there was still dirt along the sideskirts of the car and oily fingerprints all over my bonnet.

The week after i took my girlfriends car there and same thing happened, dirt marks in the hard to reach places and oily fingerprints.

Yesterday i took my car back thinking that it may have been off days for them. I used my third voucher and would you believe the same poor standard of cleaning happened again to my car. Dirt spots all over my car and oily fingerprints everywhere. I called the manager or boss over and told him the situation and he replied with "just tell this guy to clean it up for you" and walked off.

Clearly customer satisfaction is not a priority to them. My car should have been cleaned thoroughly again.

I will be refunding my other tickets if possible or throwing them in the bin so nobody has to go through the poor service and subpar standard of car washing that I've gone through.

Easy access, very friendly service, very clean cars, good range to choose from, prices are reasonable, only problem is climbing lots of stairs to get to the office. Over all...very good.

I have used this car wash for years and have always been very happy with the result. Today I had the car washed and was disappointed with the result. Inside not vacuumed well enough, drink container holes not cleaned. There was no blackening of the tires which is usually done and there was no armoral on the dash or steering wheel. Usually there is car freshener so the car smells nice. Just little things but when one has to come home and finish the job then it is not worth returning to the car wash again. What has happened to this good business??

I took my very muddy Jeep Wrangler for a deluxe wash & wax during the week. Experienced excellent friendly service, value for money and great hospitality. The cappuccino was really good too. I will be back after my next 'Jeep-end' trip!

Some bearded 12 year old kid done the worst job I have ever seen my dog can even do better than what he had done. He had attempted to drive off with my car and then after I tried confronting him he spoke to me in a foreign language and then threw his sunflower seeds on seats and I asked for his boss and all he told me was "me no speak English"

Poor time estimates given. They said 45min and I was there for almost 1 hour 45min waiting. They were bisy and I understand that but just don't lie about times.

I'm not one to give bad reviews but this I must do to help prevent the next person from getting ripped off at this carwash as I have. I paid a whopping $250 for a deluxe service with steam clean and buff and polish and an upgrade to the $350 service for free. To be honest all I really wanted was an extreme clean of the inside. After 1.5 hours later I was called over to leave and after closer inspection it was like they had done to crappiest cheapest clean. Seats still had crumbs on them, carpets were still dirty and not to mentioned still drenched. Dash boards and steering wheel hadn't even been wiped down. The interior was still filthy. After examination I needed to tell them to further clean many multiple times and left with dirt markings on the inside which I needed to further clean. 2 days later and mats are still wet and moisture still inside my car. Nonetheless furious after the money spent.

Went to this car wash this morning at 8am. Was not adequately manned so I ended up vacuuming he car mysel with the blessing of the employee present.

Was the only car there and had to wait for someone e to arrive before they would continue.

Washed the car and used bath towels to dry the car. It left streaks everywhere, windows were not clean, the overweight gentleman who was performing this on my car stood on my door sill and put all his weigh against my door which was completely unnecessary.

When I inspected the car there were a large number of areas missed, door jams dirty no tyre shine.

When I asked why he said it makes the car dirty and my car looks better with out it. Give me a fuc@@@@ break.

I still had to pay $39 even though the job was absolute rubbish. Never going back there again. They are right asses and have absolutely no idea how to run a car wash.

I had my Van washed today, paid for an inside and outside clean. They cleaned the glass and nothing else on the inside, dust that could come off with the wipe of a wet rag was left untouched. Marks on the bumper bar, that I could also wipe off were left there also. All in all a very poor effort.

The staff have let there boss down - There is obviously no quality control.

It was a waste of my time and money.

I asked for outside wash only and not touch inside.
Not wishing to sound full of myself I have a new Porsche and very cautious about who touches it. I normally clean my own car but couldn't due to having an operation.
They wiped the car down with pieces of old towel and left dirty streak marks everywhere, covered in lint from the towel.
When I opened the doors all the metal door trims had dirty shoe prints (not there before).
There was cleaning spray markes over my leather seats.
NEVER AGAIN
They have no idea if you have a nice car avoid. How can they clean the inside when the workers look like a dirty rags and using dirty rags???

I am disgusted with this service $150 and a less than half hearted result. The owner or manager was arrogant and intimidating, so I just left. My car looks like it was cleaned by a child and my consol inside was not touched. I doubt my boot was vacuumed and overall a terrible job.
This was a one off for me as I was starting a new job commuting the elderly. This is a exuberant amount of money for me and would have expected a far superior result.

always try to sucker you in with a polish for huge rates and they dont finish the car i have to come home and finish it. will never go again really bad

I recommend you go elsewhere.
Always have to send my car through twice as the first wash is never good enough. Windscreen is always streaky and wiped with the same cloth as they wiped the rest of the car with (covered in the wrong chemicals for glass). Coffee is awful, waiting area is run down and dirty. They lost my number plate cover clips, had to walk through and search for them on the ground! Couldn't find all of them.

While occasionally below par, which happens everywhere, the service is usually friendly and efficient. Crystal should ask regular customers to rate and review, otherwise all Crystal will tend to get is complaints from the dis-satisfied group. I do 40 washes a year here...for last 5 years. Good value for me.

They left so much dirt under the car, the inside were barely vacuumed, their manager is an absolute C**T tried to rip me off more than what i already payed. Also said i didnt pay when my card said ACCEPTED PAYMENT and showed up on my Bank statement and WORST OF ALL, THEY F*****D up my Windows!!!! , They put Metho and didnt wipe it off and it corroded the plastic covering that then needed to be peeled off which took hours!

I didnt make a fuss ill never ever take my car back there again i hope you choose wisely and go else where, The petrol station down the road has an automated one that does better !

after just reading some of the reviews, i somehow feel so lucky, i can't believe this place is copping a hiding..... I've never been to this car-wash, seen it many times but never tried. After trying 2 other car-wash in the past 3 weeks, with disappointment i decided oh well try this place....a little pricey for my liking, but then again i already tried d moderate price $95 wash, wax, vacuum, no free coffee and was not fully satisfied, then i tried the supposed cheap $59 wash, wax, vacuum, free coffee and got my just deserved, total disappointment, lucky i refused to buy there upsell..... So last sunday i took my bmw for a wash to this place, pricey $125 for a wash, wax, vacuum, free coffee n newspaper, but i thought what d heck....i noticed most of d guys working looked 45+ yo....then i watched them wash my car and they washed n wiped dry my car like old school, mr miyagi style wax on-wax off, not much talking laughing joking around while doing their work, their eyes n hands were focused working d same areas, their fingers n cloths got into d nitty gritties, it was like poetry in motion, i loved it.... Unlike d other previous 2 places, i watched them and they were just going through d motion much like an automated car-wash, no eye hand coordination, missed so many spots inside & out, 50% satisfaction..... When they finished, i looked it over, found a couple of spots on d exterior, called d guy over pointed it out to wipe clean, he did so, interior looked good, totally satisfied with their work (not d price mind you)....so i tipped d guy $20....d end!... I felt good driving away in my car.... So i hope next time i go there it'll be d same experience.... Again d price $125 for all that work, to me could be should be reduced by 10%.....or maybe with d coffee comes a free chunky slice of cheese cake can sweeten d sour taste d price omits.....or i just wash my car once every 2 months.

The service was not the greatest, especially waiting for +1.5 hours for a mediocre clean, a clean I could have done myself for free but the fact that someone stole my iPod out of my car and then when I called to tell the supervisors they did not care and showed no interest in my complaint! Absolutely disgusting! I urge people to stop going there!

Very poor service. After an expensive clean still found car unclean. My advice: better wash ur car at home - u would do a much better job ur self.

Very quick, efficient, great little sitting area to have a coffee. Will definitely be back! Maximum and hour which helps so much as other car wash places take 2-3 hours. Very thrilled with the job.

Do not use this car wash. Attendant who received me was rude, then my $55 wash, vacuum and quick wax was a complete scam, they only washed half the car and left huge sections of dirt on all sides of the car, they didn't vacuum or wipe down the upholstery and didn't wax.

Do not take the car here. It's expensive and service is bad. I came here once just because its location was quite convenient for me at that moment. I went with the $44 package and expected that the car was cleaner, at least exteriors. However, after their service, the guide rails and door molds have been still dirty. The interiors were carelessly wiped so still have heaps of dust. Moreover, with coins and stuff left inside the car, they still left them in place but stole some gold coins.

DO NOT BUY A CRYSTAL CAR WASH PACKAGE!! On 22 Jan I was talked into paying $250 in advance for 5 x "Express Wax" - DO NOT DO THIS! At the time I was told that the account would be managed in their system and I would just need to turn up and give my name. (Thankfully I have kept the receipt)
Today I went to get my first "Express Wax". First I was told repeatedly that I was not in the system so I had not paid. After negotiation with 2 different people, a CCW Manager finally found me in their system and accepted that I had paid in advance. Then I was given a receipt stating that the balance of my account was now zero! When I queried this I was told that I had used all 5 waxes. I explained that this was the first so my account balance was actually $200 with 4 waxes to be used. The manager responded by saying their system showed a nil balance so I must be lying - this was in front of many customers and staff. I assured him that I don't lie and that I would now be demanding a refund of the full $200 balance and I will make a formal complaint to Consumer Affairs.

Did the bear minimum to be honest. Left water marks on my car. Didn't hover 100%. Spent 100 dollars as well. Rather do it my self in future

I paid $100 dollars for a car wash and they barley washed my rims!! They also served me the worst coffee I have ever drank in Bondi! They are the coffee beans for hell? Thanks but no thanks!! Also I'd like to take the manager round the block for a round or three! Next time I take my car to the wash is to drive it through the front door!

I would put zero stars if I could. Got conned into the delux wash, and I could have done a better job with a dish towel. The manager was also extremely rude! Never going back. This place sucks!

Terrible experience! Awful service - and my 5 year old nephew could have done a more professional clean! Would definitely recommend the crystal car wash in Coogee over the Bondi one.

Great service, good job. Will return. A much better experience than their Darlinghurst shop which was comically horrible. Three trips to actually clean my car. Oh yeah and one to return the sponge and bucket that was left in the back seat of my car!

Excellent job. Great covered area for a coffee.You can leave your car here for upto 2 hrs and they are usually ok about it , but best to ask .

The coffee served at the cafe isn't too bad. However, attention to detail is quite poor for this particular Branch of crystal car wash.

Got annoyed with them trying to upsell extras, stood firm with the quick $15 express wash but was later charged extra for wheel polish (which I did not ask for), when I questioned why I was charged extra and they said I agreed to it (which I obviously didn't)!

Pretty pissed off that my car got scratches from their dirty cloths.

I have been going here for a year and have been happy until the last three visits. Always upselling extras and quality going down. Took several things that were not rush out of my car today, including money. Never going back.

Customer service tried to hard sell me for a $125 wash, eventually compromised for $50 exterior wash only. Very disappointed with the output which was unprofessional with visible dirt and marks in various places that would have easily come off.

The express $15 service was amazing. They even vacuumed my car. I accidentally left my phone in the car, but it was still there when I returned. Great customer service, will definitely be coming back.

Rubbish car wash. I have had their basic car wash many times, which has been very reasonable. But then I had a more expensive car wash. What an absolutely waste of money. The car wasn't clean properly either inside or out. Windows were smeared, still marks on the car after the wash.

SUPER FAST SERVICE with little wait time. They have a new auto wash machine that cuts wash time. Very impressed.

I paid for the $44 whole car wash. when I received the text message to pick up my car I was pleased it was so quick. I went to get my car and looked at the car and it wasn't very clean - bird poop and stains still on the car surface which easily came off by scratching them off with my finger. when I was examining my car a staff member rudely asked why I was looking at the car and if it was my car. they then gave me confusing instructions on where to get my keys. Eventually the manager said he would wash my car again but once it was cleaned again no one checked to see if I was satisfied or sorry that it took so long. will not be returning

One of the worst car washes I’ve ever been a complete waste of money and time the staff are nearly clueless about anything! I couldn’t believe how bad the customer service was. On top of that you couldn’t understand half the things they were saying.

Bumped my car while turning the car for cleaning. Of all the places your car can get hit. Poor handling and poor service.

I have been using Crystal Carwash Chatswood many times over the past 4 years and to be honest, I have never once had a problem, the staff, all of them, managers, cleaners and cafe staff, were without exception, courteous, competent and never rude.

I read some of the negative reviews and am perplexed as this has never been my experience nor have I ever heard any of these complaints, never have I seen managers abusing customers, staff not being responsive. On occasions I have seen a customer pointing out discrepancies in cleaning (missed spots etc) and have seen the staff rectifying it immediately.

There are some reviews that puzzle me, "Every time I have the car washed there are new scratches.....etc". Isn't it one of the signs of insanity to do the same thing over and over again while expecting a differing result each time.

Would I recommend Crystal Carwash Chatswood, the answer is yes and I have done so many times and have never had a complaint from my friends.

Part of me wishes I could give this car wash 0 stars. or negative stars. We have moved several times over the last few years including secondments to rural areas and I have never found a car wash as terrible as this. Our first wash with then was reasonable. The car was clean inside and out and it passed all the standards without hitting it for a home run. The person in the store told us that we could save money if we bought a multi-clean pass (which was 4 washes + 1 free). We thought this was reasonable so we decided to invest. Every subsequent time we went back with the vouchers they sold us we found the cars getting less clean both inside and out. We told the people in the office but they didn't seem to care. It so so bad on our last voucher that they didn't even wipe down the dashboard. They then had the nerve to ask if we wanted to buy more vouchers ? I don't know whats more worrying.. the fact that they rip off their clients or the fact that they lack the insight to see that their customers are angry. I know there are people in there who might not be making much beyond the minimal wage... But I'm a believer that people should take pride in their work.. Either the culture at this car wash is poor or there is something inherently wrong. I live close to this car wash but I would rather drive up the central coast than let anybody from this car wash every wash our cars again.. Disgraceful with a capital "D" and avoid at all costs...

I've just read through other people's review and it is disgusting to see that so many people had similar situations. I think there should be enough people here to lodge a complaint with the ACCC based on their dishonest and unrelenting behaviour...

My friend and I traveled and basically lived in this van for three weeks. By the end it was full of sand and crumbs and coated in bug guts. Now it's back looking like the beauty she was when we first picked her up!!! This place is great! We would've paid upwards of $100 for service like this back in the states and we paid $49 for in and outside plus tire shine! Well done guys! Also, friendly staff, great teas, and amazing banana nut bread!!!

After scratching the windscreen on my son's car, they have been thoroughly unresponsive and, at times, aggressive. The scratch itself was a huge arc across the entire windscreen caused by the removal of a wiper blade. This requires the replacement of the windscreen. They have refused to take any action nor accepted any responsibility. We have had to lodge a claim through insurance to have the insurance company take it up with them. They are not a business that I would ever recommend to anyone in the future. The cafe is also very grotty so I wouldn't even see the coffee as a reason to use this business.

If there were an option of 0 stars, I would be choosing it!

The price is very affordable, service is great and they are very nice people. Never had my car scratched, they are careful not to do it

You know I'll probably never hear back from you. But I want you to know that I feel so disappointed by the wash/clean you did in my car today, that I'm unlikely to ever use you again. I had the deluxe interim/exterior clean at $399 and had to point out the dead insects still on my mirrors an bonnet. Also the rubbish left inside the vehicle. One very disappointed customer, but I guess if you are making $70-$400 per customer you don't care.

I would not recommend this business. I had our 2012 Subaru Outback washed this morning only to find a big dent in the body work above the drivers wheel. I am certain this happened while the car was being washed as the car is in immaculate condition but they are of course not claiming any responsibility. I observed how they clean the wheels with a hard tipped metal gun which has clearly been dropped on my car. Do not take your car to this car wash unless you are happy to live with the inevitable damage they will inflict due to carelessness and a pathetic attitude towards clients.

They try to up sell me a full detail, when I politely rejected and mentioned car is SOLD, immediately given a very rude reply, yelling exact word 'why do u wash it if sold, don't wash it'... Is there any problem if I want to wash my car before handing over to the new owner?? And for your record, Crystal Car Wash, I didn't choose to go express wash, I PAID $44 for inside and outside wash, and when I picked the car, windscreen and rear view mirror is still left with stains and fingerprints. "Thank you very much"

Disgusting experience. They broke my car stereo and lost my car key. Did not take responsibility for anything. The clean was way below acceptable also.

Wow... We paid for the premium wash, whatever its called, $125 for a full clean... As you can see in the photos, mud stains, dirt all over the floor under and around the seats, dust everywhere... Absolutely disgusted with this "service".
On top of that, we had waited an hour before having to go up and ask, "what is happening with the car?", only to have them rudely hand my wife the keys and say, "it's been finished for an hour", and pointed toward the car. I'm pretty sure all they did was wipe down the windows.

I will be getting in contact with the owners to request a full refund. Not acceptable.

If you don't feel like doing your job properly, don't go to work... There are plenty of hard working people out there, let them work...

I had a terrible experience. I asked for the $380 full detailing. The man confirmed it would be just like a new car - which was exactly what the car needed. Well they gave it a polish but there was filth everywhere. I went back 3 times and refused to take back my car until they cleaned out all the nooks and crannies. They gave it a couple of extra wipes here but each time it was very filthy still. Just pathetic and made me so angry they wouldn't give my prepaid $380 dollars back. The guy gave me $35 cash back and a $55 free wash voucher but the whole wash was worth about 100 bucks if that. I won't be going back and I urge people to go somewhere else.

I regularly get my Mercedes washed at Ruschutters Bay Crystal Carwash & found the service & staff to be A++++
Also really appreciate the fuel discount I receive from the BP next door.

I have been here 50 minutes and just realised about 10 cars were put before mine. Just mentioned it to the manager to be told it was my fault for not parking in the queue even though I had handed my keys over to him. Expecting a crappy rushed job.

Upon arrival, a staff member just stared through driver's window and when I asked for the range of options, he grunted and said "they're on the boards" (the boards on other side of car park facing main road that you can't properly read or consent to). The prices seem absurdly high. I should have read comment here and just got cheapest or drove elsewhere. They only give you a free drink if you remember to ask - otherwise seems like cafe attendant is trained to see if you will go to pay. Even if you're paying $125-400, you still only get one small free drink. Took longer than the hour promised which would be no big deal but that to top it off one of the interior fixtures was irreparably broken/damaged. Be alarmed not just alert! 1 star because the rest of car looks reasonably well cleaned.

I payed $125. For the polish and detail wash. I was happy to wait 45 minutes. Instead they did it and 15 minutes. It showed. Still dirty on parts of the rims and spots of polish not buffed off the car. Pretty disapointing. If you happen to go there. Make sure you get the cheapest option for your wash.
