What is CRYSTAL HEALING?

Crystal Healing is performed together with Reiki and is a gentle, non-invasive grounding technique that can bring deep relaxation, release stress and pain, and promote energy balance within the physical and subtle bodies ( our auras, chakras etc. ).

Crystals have the ability to store and amplify the energy that is transmitted through them. Just like crystals, our energy field, chakras, organs, thoughts, emotions etc. , vibrate to their own frequency.
When we are ill, tired, stressed etc. , that frequency changes to a much lower level. By placing crystals on or around the body we are able to restore and raise the frequency level of imbalanced energy to promote self-healing.

Crystals come from nature and are created from minerals deep inside the earth. Each crystal has a unique healing property derived from the minerals it is composed from. Crystals are capable of amplifying, focusing, directing, absorbing, diffusing and transmitting different levels of energy allowing diseased or out of balance body to find it's natural energetic rhythm.

There are a variety of complementary crystals used during a Crystal Healing session. The crystals are selected based on the healing properties that will be most beneficial to the client’s situation.



What is REIKI ?

We are alive because life force is flowing through us.
Life force flows within the physical body though pathways called chakras, meridians and nadis. It also flows around us in a field of energy called the aura. Life force nourishes the organs and cells of the body, supporting them in their vital functions. When this flow of life force is disrupted, it causes diminished function in one or more of the organs and tissues of the physical body.

Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field and charging them with positive energy. It raises the vibratory level of the energy field in and around the physical body where the negative thoughts and feelings are attached. This causes the negative energy to break apart and fall away.
In so doing, Reiki clears, straightens and heals the energy pathways, thus allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way.


Crystal Healing and Reiki are used for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing.

Crystal Healing is for people 16 years and over.

Reiki treatment by itself is for everyone, from newborns to elderly.

Treatment session takes around an hour with a client being fully dressed.
