I am an accredited member of ATMS (Australian Traditional Medicine Society) and I am also an accredited exercise physiologist. I have been doing remedial massage for over 10years.

The techniques I incorporate into my massage may include: sports, deep tissue /remedial, Swedish, trigger point, myofascial release and active /passive release techniques. Other treatment /service: exercise prescription (stretching /strengthening exercises) and kinesiology taping.
