Cultural Bodywork Description
The bodywork is dynamic, connected and fluid, utilising a body-mapping system that reconnects muscle forms and and energy flow-lines.
We use an ancient training form 'the flight of the navigator' or ' flying' to help you bring a powerful, grounded presence to your work.
The 'flying' movement develops a foundation of strength, balance and co-ordination within your body and is also the basis for all movement during a bodywork session.
The synchronised movement and breathing through the work generates energy in your own body, keeping you energised and focussed throughout the treatment.
