Curtain-Mart

These guys are absolutely HOPELESS!!!!
We got into the trouble by paying them upfront for ordered blinds. They have lost and did not deliver some important parts and then told us that we have to pay extra to get them. I was giving them nasty calls for more than 3 months trying to prove that the set they have sent us was incomplete. Then they finally admitted that it was a manufacture mistake (of course not theirs) and that they will deliver the lost parts "soon". I was chasing them for 3 more months and had to come to their shop several times because they were ignoring my phone calls. The guy who owns the shop told me what actually happened to those parts - when our order arrived, he thought that it did not require those parts and chucked them into the rubbish bin. He was laughing out loud for about 5 minutes after that thinking it was funny. I had to hold myself not to hit him. After six month of stress I finally got those bloody parts.
I will never ever go there again and would recommend everyone to stay away from this shop.
